對於青年樂生聯盟質疑新莊機廠施工，造成樂生療養院有走山危機，主恩舍更因新莊機廠工程，造成房屋裂縫加大，院民被迫搬遷。

捷運局副局長傅式治表示，新莊機廠工程一直是用最審慎的工法施工，其中北側開挖20至40公尺深，目前工程進度達80%，39棟房舍也一直監測，沒有走山行為，這表示工法是成功的。

如今南側即將開工，正在進行機椿工程，尚未開挖，但由於機椿工程難免擾動土壤，再加上還沒灌漿，才會造成院民所說的裂縫擴大，捷運局正在做局部修補，未要求院民一定要遷離現址。

傅式治說，沒有走山，況捷運和樂生是共生的，若樂生有危險，難道捷運會沒有影響。

對於青年樂生聯盟揚言要干擾捷運運行，傅式治表示，這樣做，影響到的市民權益，請民眾別輕易觸法。

針對青年樂生聯盟今天上午至北市府抗議的訴求，台北市捷運局長蔡輝昇表示，聯盟所有的話都是假的，亂扯。關於走山質疑，捷運局有數據佐證無此事，24小時監測開會，公共工程委員會的專家學者，都一起看這些數據。不是民眾自己說走山就走山，目前新莊居民的安全無虞。

蔡輝昇說，裂縫是因為保留39棟建築，當時沒有做地下室，所以現在做地下基樁時，會出現局部裂縫，工程人員就補起來。捷運局用嚴謹的態度、嚴謹的施工，絕對沒有走山的事。

蔡輝昇說，目前所有事情都在安全範圍內，將來希望樂生療養院和新莊機場共存。聯盟指控工程經費從80多億增加到100億元，根本沒有這件事，又是亂扯。

因應癱瘓捷運的部分，蔡輝昇說，在捷運內的任何違法行為，都會被處分，包含吃東西、吸菸或做脅迫人的事。他提醒民眾，捷運高壓電是在軌道旁，是750伏特的高壓電，跟台鐵、高鐵用架空線不同，在捷運臥軌是會被電死的，還要負刑事責任，被罰款，大家必須遵守法律規定，不要以身試法，也不要拿生命開玩笑。

他表示，捷運現在平均每日載客超過180萬人次，周五一定超過200萬人次，怎麼會有人去影響大家通行的權利和安全呢？

如圖：下載完SAI筆刷部分呈現亂碼
因為我是用MAC裝VM再下載SAI的我不知道這會不會有影響
前面一些簡單的我自己對照舊的改了一下名稱但後面我真的認不出來了
有估狗過各種方法但有些載點掛了有些看不太懂（總之就是全軍覆沒
然後在下...電腦知識低淺所以麻煩大大解釋的詳細些（感恩
像有看到大大說將亂碼的檔改成中文語系的檔名啥的我Q＿Q
至少告訴我怎麼改呀q_Q
如果能直接有個檔案給我覆蓋之類的就perfect（是多懶
不然有亂碼對照之類也可...（應該沒有這種東西
