看來自星星的你時 因為古代劇情分成了10多集穿插在劇情中 所以好容易看了現代劇情後 突然接古代就接不上了 以下古代劇情不知有無理解錯誤 @@ ㄧ開始是伊華未入門 丈夫就死了 但還是得以守活寡方式嫁進去 之後婆婆寧願殺死伊華換烈女碑 (好可怕的人..難道真的認為自己兒子是被伊華剋死的 @@) 都教授帶著伊華逃過了婆婆的追殺 順利的逃回家 沒想到還是有躲不過的劫難 看這邊時好刺激 本來以為伊華母真的會狠下心殺了伊華 然後又覺得伊華父親心真的好狠 結果又來個反轉 伊華母沒殺她 伊華父親又說早知道母親下不了手 最後也是為了擋下婆婆那邊追殺來的官兵死掉 (雖然父親死的壯烈 可是前面想用砒霜害死教授也是真的 ) 他們真的好奇怪... 都說教授是救命恩人了 怎麼就不能理解 後來伊華為了保護教授犧牲 教授被古代的名醫 許浚救起 還閒聊到自己來自外太空的事 (許浚感覺好有名 好像也有拍過關於他的古裝劇) 覺得伊華的死 帶給了教授在地球上生活的震撼跟遺憾 所以前面他曾經很猶豫要不要幫千頌伊 因為他曾經兩次插手幫助他人 結果都換來不好結果 ㄧ次是幫需要買藥給女兒治病的賭鬼贏錢 沒想到後來這賭鬼還是連藥錢都拿下去賭了 ㄧ次是幫伊華 可伊華卻死了... 看到伊華說很希望快長大 讓大人看到她成為美麗女人的樣子 我會覺得把千頌伊想成是伊華的轉世也不錯 因為在400多年後 她真的成為了能迷倒眾人 魅力十足的女明星 也讓都敏俊看到自己美麗的樣子 並跟他相愛了 算是圓了前生未盡的緣份了 ----- Sent from JPTT on my HTC_Desire_500. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.209.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/KoreaDrama/M.1400222551.A.76A.html

每5人1失眠 擾眠食物報你知

你也有失眠的困擾嗎？根據台灣睡眠醫學會的「2013年國人睡眠大調查」指出，全台慢性失眠症盛行率約等同於每5人中就有1人失眠，包含入睡困難、睡眠品質不佳及早醒等失眠症狀，且年齡越高失眠比例也越高。失眠的原因很多種，飲食也是其中之一，根據美國《赫芬頓郵報》報導指出，黑巧克力、酒精、薯條這些常常被當作消夜的食物卻也都可能是害你睡不好的原因，快來看看還有哪些不為人知的擾眠食物。

1.黑巧克力

巧克力被歸為甜食類，晚上嘴饞時不少人就會吃掉一整塊巧克力來填肚子，可能還會選擇濃度較高的黑巧克力，覺得這樣或許較不會胖，卻忘了濃度高也代表它所含的咖啡因濃度也更高。

2.牛排

晚餐吃大餐，點了一客牛排，豈知晚上在床上竟翻來覆去睡不著？沒錯，兩者之間是有所關連的，牛排的高量蛋白質在體內消化需要較長的時間，因此打亂了身體的生理作息。此外，高脂肪、高熱量的牛排也容易有睡眠呼吸中止症的產生。

3.酒精

喝酒常被誤以為是更好睡的助眠方式之一，事實上，酒精只會讓人「更快睡著」，卻無助於提升或維持良好睡眠品質，甚至會對慢波睡眠（SWS）和快速動眼期（REM）產生干擾作用，因此影響大腦與身體內部的修復。

4.香料食物

香噴噴加了許多濃烈香料的食物不僅讓人冒汗、新陳代謝加速，還會讓你晚上因為過於亢奮而睡不著，研究也發現在睡前吃這類香料實物的話，會增加身體基礎溫度，而影響睡眠質量。

5.無咖啡因的咖啡

什麼？都已經特別選擇無咖啡因了還是會睡不著嗎？其實就算是「Decaf」的咖啡，都還是有低劑量的咖啡因；如果是對咖啡音特別敏感的人，甚至連茶類飲料都不要碰，以免帶來失眠困擾。

6.花椰菜

雖然花椰菜有益身體健康、含有可助眠的色氨酸且還能防癌，但卻不適合在睡前吃，因為他屬於粗纖維的食物，會在腸內消化較久一段時間，因此選擇其他不妨礙消化的助眠食物。

7.炸薯條

薯條是高油脂的食物，吃幾根或許不會有太大影響，但吃掉一整份薯條卻會使消化系統劇烈運作，影響身體休息；且在晚間吃薯條等炸物還會造成心血管疾病問題、肥胖。

8.辣味咖哩

辣椒醬、牛肉、馬鈴薯、豆類，裡頭所有的食材幾乎都容易讓人睡不好，辣醬會引起胃灼熱，甚至腸胃不適，因此睡前盡量避開重口味或是不好消化的食物，才不會造成失眠問題。
