證券周邊單位 4合1走向確定

中國時報【洪正吉╱台北報導】

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，證交所等證券周邊單位，中長期將四合一的方向已確定，預估會先由辦公廳舍及IT資訊進行整合，之後再整合人事制度，預計3個月內證期局就會提出整併計畫。

金管會已重新檢視證交所、櫃買中心、期交所及集中公司四合一方案。曾銘宗表示，四合一初步評估會有2個效果，包括規模壯大，及績效可以回歸給投資者及券商。

不過，過去香港、韓國、新加坡都曾整合過，其中，只有新加坡財務績效有出來，香港與韓國都沒有，所以要進一步了解。

關於比較複雜的櫃買中心股份轉換方式，會放到中長期解決。至於各單位薪資不同的問題，曾銘宗說，未來會一併處理。

事實上，近期證券周邊單位的業務已開始整合。櫃買中心昨日與集保結算所在倫敦舉行寶島債招商說明會，現場吸引匯豐、花旗等國際級專業投資銀行出席。

旅行業:泰戒嚴觀光影響不大

泰國軍方宣布今天起實施戒嚴及宵禁，中華民國旅行業商業同業公會全國聯合會秘書長許高慶上午表示，泰國實施戒嚴及宵禁對發展泰國觀光，反而具有正面意義，對台灣旅客影響不大，但他呼籲遊泰旅客在泰國晚上宵禁時段不要外出，也不要到群眾聚集地點駐足，以免安全受影響。

許高慶說，據初步了解，泰國雖宣布實施戒嚴，但我國對泰國的旅遊警示還是維持黃色提醒，還不到橙色警戒，目前旅行業還是照常出團，不受影響。

腸病毒活躍 3周4萬人次就診

國小幼兒園 35班停課中

〔自由時報記者蔡淑媛／台中報導〕腸病毒疫情邁入高峰期，台中市腸病毒急門診就診人次也節節上升，近三週已累計至四萬四千多人次，衛生局疾管科技正蔡文哲指出，今年已有二百卅一班停課，目前仍有國小、幼兒園共卅五班停課。

中市今年腸病毒重症首例為一名二歲五個月大男童，本月十三日發高燒、出現手口足症，隔天就併發重症，目前仍在加護病房觀察。衛生局指出，今年流行腸病毒大多為克沙奇Ａ型，但這名二歲五個月大男童感染的是容易引發重症的七一型，防疫不可大意，一定要落實勤洗手等個人衛生習慣。

除了這名男童，尚有二名疑似腸病毒重症病例，衛生局通報衛福部仍在研判中，包括一名國一女學生仍住加護病房治療，另一名二歲五個月的男童，已經病癒出院。

腸病毒好發夏季四月至六月，近日隨著氣溫升高，病毒也愈來愈活躍，重症病例大多為五歲以下兒童，且集中在二、三歲幼童。蔡文哲強調，一旦罹患腸病毒，出現手口足症、發燒等症狀，如果持續三天高燒未退，很容易轉為重症，要立刻送大醫院診治，以免錯過黃金治療期。

腸病毒重症徵兆，包括不尋常的嗜睡、肌躍型抽搐、持續嘔吐、發燒、活動力降低、呼吸急促、全身無力、心跳加快等重症前兆任一項症狀，都必須馬上送大醫院檢查治療。
