犯下台灣首起捷運殺人事件的鄭捷，他的父母痛心無助，除希望透過市議員林國春以書面道歉，擬申請警方協助維護家人安全。

新北市議員林國春服務處今天表示，鄭家受到外界極大的社會壓力，雖然有心要對外道歉，但面對排山倒海而來的指責，服務處仍積極聯繫，確認對外說明的方式，是以書面或公開露面。

林國春表示，這次事件中，鄭捷的父母也算是間接被害，全家一輩子都毀了，不僅面臨賠也賠不完的未來，還整天在痛心及驚恐的環境下生活，也希望外界瞭解，鄭捷已經成年，應該負起自己的言行責任。

鄭捷的父母與市議員林國春是同社區的隔壁棟大樓鄰居。林國春說，案發後，外界對於鄭家許多指責，包括鄭捷的弟弟等也受到相當大的壓力，甚至擔心人身安全，目前也向警方申請，盼望可以獲得人身保護。

林國春服務處表示，仍積極與鄭父聯繫對外公開露面的時間及地點，也希望無論是公開或以書面方式，都會讓鄭家向社會表達最誠摯的歉意。

亞洲股市上漲，可望創造兩個月來首見的連兩周周線收紅，泰銖回升，但泰股重挫逾2%，是四個月來最大跌幅。

截至台灣時間上午11點，日經225指數勁揚0.9%，澳洲標普ASX200指數上漲0.3%，香港恆生指數漲0.02%，南韓Kospi指數下跌0.03%。

泰國SET指數下挫1.5%，稍早跌幅一度深達2.1%，是1月2日至今最大跌幅。國際投資人本周至22日止共賣超4.916億美元的泰股。

泰銖對美元目前盤中升值0.3%。
