彰化縣達德商工學生陳冠閔及黃詠傑在台灣瓜果節瓜果雕刻競賽分別拿下冠軍和季軍，總成績為校園組冠軍，比賽前甚至一天要練習雕上20、30顆西瓜，靠著不斷練習造就細膩技法。

達德商工連續3年在台灣瓜果節瓜果雕刻競賽拿下冠軍，陳冠閔利用西瓜特點，雕出胭脂馬贏得評審讚賞脫穎而出，他的女王頭果雕也很細膩，都苦練出來。

陳冠閔為練好技法，甚至一天要雕上近30顆西瓜，雕完的西瓜得和同學負責吃掉「西瓜都吃怕了」，平常也會忍不住把家人要吃的瓜果先拿來雕一雕再上桌。

達德商工果雕藝術社指導老師邱世章說，果雕比賽速度很重要，2小時內選手要完成1顆大西瓜、2顆小玉、2顆紅肉小西瓜、1顆青木瓜、1顆香瓜及1顆南瓜等8顆瓜果的果雕，考速度也考美感與創意，只有苦練才能練出純熟刀工。

泰國宵禁 機場交通不受限

（中央社記者唐佩君台北23日電）外交部表示，泰國雖然實施宵禁，但緊急醫療、前往或離開國際機場不受限，目前仍暫維持泰國為黃色旅遊警示。

外交部發布最新領務訊息，泰國宵禁是自5月22日起每天晚間10時至次日清晨5時實施，但緊急醫療、前往或離開國際機場不受此限，實施期限將至社會秩序恢復為止。

至於大型商家、大眾捷運系統等則相應縮短營運時間。

領事事務局提醒旅泰民眾隨身攜帶護照及機票等證明文件，便於臨檢時出示；並遵守泰國政府相關最新規定及維安人員臨時指示，在宵禁實施時段避免外出，並特別注意自身安全。

外交部仍暫維持泰國為黃色旅遊警示，這表示應特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往，至於泰南四府（陶公府、耶拉府、宋卡府、北大年府）及泰柬邊境爭議地區則維持高度小心，避免非必要旅行的橙色旅警。

泰國軍方繼5月20日宣布實施「戒嚴法」後，昨天更宣布全面接管政權，表示將全力維護國家安全及社會安定，並保護外國使領館及國際機構安全。隨後，軍方發布接管媒體、實施宵禁、禁止5人以上政治集會等命令。1030523

Sony shifts LCD TV ODM orders back to Taiwan makers

Amid limited profits from the LCD TV business in 2013, Sony transferred LCD TV ODM orders back to in-house production, causing LCD TV makers to see major order declines, with Foxconn Electronics seeing drops from four million units to less than 50,000. However, going into fiscal-year 2014, Foxconn expects that number to increase to 100,000 units as Sony aims to tackle the market with new units.

Sony has restructured its ODM strategies in recent years, which has affected LCD TV makers' orders with the company. Aside from Foxconn, TPV also saw its orders from Sony decline, dropping to within 300,000 units during 2013.

However, Sony is reportedly continuing to restructure its ODM orders in 2014 and is now pushing more orders to Taiwan-basd LCD TV makers, with Foxconn expected to rebound in addition to TPV, which expects to ship 700,000-800,000 LCD TVs to Sony in 2014.

The ODM orders will largely be driven by demand for Bravia TVs, with Sony aiming to ship a total of 14 million LCD TVs in 2014.

小白球製造龍頭明揚（8420）6月接單淡季不淡，仍有接近億元水準，加上原料合成橡膠價格處於低檔，市場預期毛利率可由去年的13%提高至15至20%，有助獲利表現。

明揚表示，去年第4季中開始，進入出貨旺季，截止本月為止，除了2月因逢春節假期，每月業績均站穩1億元以上，依往年經驗來看，6月起將走下坡，惟從在手訂單來看，優於預期。

明揚昨（23）日股價下跌0.24元，收38.86元。

法人指出，主要關鍵在於明揚今年初爭取一家新客戶，陸續通過產品認證，近期下單種類增多，挹注整體訂量成長。

其次是三大主力客戶TaylorMade、Callaway及Mizuno等拉貨力道不弱，下單維持在旺季的基本數量，下月可望呈現淡季不淡。

明揚表示，目前美國、日本即將步入高爾夫運動消費高峰期，小白球屬於消耗品，若未來銷售良好，客戶群勢必會有新一波補庫存行動，有利後續接單持穩。

據了解，明揚今年出貨目標訂在800萬打至900萬打，若能達標，年增率上看15%。

除訂單順暢外，法人認為，明揚製球主要原料合成橡膠，今年以來受到天然橡膠行情走跌影響，價格欲振泛力，目前每公噸約在1,700美元至1,900美元間，比去年平均在每公噸二、三千美元有頗大差距。
