《產業》如何賠償？張家祝會越總理特使，下午說明

【時報-台北電】越南商工部長武輝煌上周五低調來台，此行主要是擔任越南總理特使，針對越南暴動波及台商，來台向我政府表達越方道歉之意。經濟部長張家祝今(26)上午11點與武輝煌於經濟部會談，截至下午1點為止，會議仍持續進行。據了解，經濟部傍晚可能會對外說明會談結果。
今日與會人員還包括經濟部次長沈榮津、經濟部投資處長連玉蘋、越南駐台代表裴仲雲等人。
武輝煌今上午與張家祝見面，除表達道歉外，雙方也會就後續賠償如何進行，原則性交換意見。據悉，我方交提交給賠償明細清單中，包括增列對從事來料加工外銷的受損台商，給予免徵營利事業所得稅，不僅只提供營業稅免稅；越方僅提供燒毀原物料進口免稅，但我方再增提再進口機器設備也應予免關稅。
武輝煌5月中旬才跟經濟部長張家祝在大陸青島的APEC經貿部長會議場域見面，當時張家祝曾交給武輝煌兩封信，表達台灣的嚴正立場，對於台商工廠遭越南暴民毀壞，造成嚴重財務損失，武輝煌當時也親自向張家祝表達遺憾與歉意。(新聞來源：工商即時 劉靜瑀)

| 經貿國是會議 聚焦三議題

經貿國是會議第二次顧問會議將於今（25）日登場，行政院發言人孫立群昨日表示，這次顧問會議將聚焦在議題形成與會議代表組成。議題方面將圍繞兩岸經貿、提升台灣產業競爭力及社會公平分配等三項。
孫立群稱，上周會議有部分顧問認為，兩岸經貿與台灣發展定位是不可迴避的議題，建議行政部門加強對青年族群、中小企業及弱勢族群的關注。
國發會納入顧問建議後，重新歸納討論議題有三，包括台灣加入區域經貿整合過程中，兩岸經貿應有的戰略與策略；全球化下，台灣經濟發展的策略，包括針對台灣產業競爭力提升，協助中小企業與青年發展；協助受損產業與弱勢族群。
除就討論議題形成共識，今天顧問會議還將決定經貿國是會議的召開方式，目前已有共識加入網路參與，以及與會代表的組成。
孫立群稱，之前國發會就與會代表組成已擬有草案，但多位顧問認為，本次代表組成應與以往有所區別，經納入建議後，在顧問組成部分將納入更多弱勢團體代表、青年代表等。他說，第二次顧問會議將就議題與代表凝聚共識，若仍無法聚焦，不排除召開第三次會議。

美光 M550 128GB SSD 裝完 Acer Win 8 作業系統之後，就一直抓不到HDD。已試過 先拔掉SSD，然後調整 BLOS 順序也一樣，請教方法如何抓到HDD ?????????

各位版上的專業大大們好 這邊有個問題想請教大家 事情是這樣的 家裡在2年前用了約34萬買了一台二手的Nissan Tiida(2008 四門) 而現在因為家裡目前用不到所以想脫手 平常就是在市區跑短途的，偶爾才會上高速公路（五根手指頭可以數得出來） 沒重大事故發生，也沒泡過水，車上有幾處掉漆或刮傷也都是可能停車的時候弄到的 所以基本上外觀沒什麼大礙。 問題來了...... 之前經手賣車給我們的老闆賣我們34萬 過了兩年後，他幫我們把車給大盤商估價卻剩“12”萬 當場是有點傻眼，畢竟才兩年。 我上網查了一下，Tiida 2008年的少說也還有20萬 所以請問大大們，這個價錢是不是不太合理？？行情價又大概是多少呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.22.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1401087664.A.59F.html
