桃園童家四人到大陸福建旅遊，遊覽車墜江至今三天，除了童家三女兒童阿祝尋獲外，童阿得、童許阿笑夫妻和大女兒童月英至今失蹤，家屬整天以淚洗面，心急如焚。家屬今晚表示，事發至今，他們手足無措，聯絡管道都靠自行摸索找尋，希望政府有個統一聯繫窗口，統合事件處理，並提供最新資訊。並希望大陸官方搜救單位，家人尚未尋獲之前，不要停止搜救。（石明啟／桃園報導）

《傳產》鎳價居高不下，6月不鏽鋼價料續飆

【時報記者沈培華台北報導】鎳價於上周回到高檔整理走勢，每噸價格仍在1.9萬美元之上；因本月鎳價大漲，預計6月不鏽鋼價續漲，推估每噸仍將大漲約4000元。

受到印尼禁運紅土鎳礦出口刺激，本月LME鎳價最高來到每噸2.1萬美元新高，但在月中因炒作資金獲利了結，本月中連兩日鎳價累計跌幅超過10%。上周則是回到區間震盪格局，每公噸價格在1.9~2萬美元。

由於印尼禁運紅土鎳礦出口，市場持續擔心供應問題，法人預期鎳價可支撐在生產成本18000-19000美元。因5月鎳價持續大漲，將帶動6月不鏽鋼報價將調漲。

從成本來看，鎳為不鏽鋼主要生產成本，隨著本季以來鎳價走揚，上游大廠燁聯 (9957) 4月調漲不鏽鋼每公噸3,000元，5月盤價更一口氣大幅調漲6,500元。以目前鎳價19,000~20,000美元推估，6月盤價將再調漲4,000元。燁聯6月盤價仍看漲，預料也將帶動下游的彰源 (2030) 、允強 (2034) 及新鋼 (2032) 等產品跟漲。

行政院院會本周四（29日）將通過使用牌照稅修正案，由於純電動車的牌照稅免徵優惠明年初到期，為使社會大眾繼續享受智慧電動車的好處，將授權地方政府，明年起再延長實施免徵牌照稅優惠三年。

針對政院電動車政策將轉向鼓勵電動大巴士發展，經濟部昨（25）日強調，僅就資源做衡平與有效分配，對既有電動小客車扶植計畫，並未縮手。

過去幾年，政府為了提高消費者購車誘因，財政部修改貨物稅條例，祭出免徵智慧電動車貨物稅三年優惠，也鼓勵地方政府可同意免徵牌照稅。兩項租稅優惠將在明年初到期，貨物稅條例近期已通過立院財委會初審；牌照稅延長三年租稅優惠，可望本周四敲定。

據指出，早前立法院財委會審查電動車貨物稅優惠延長三年時，新增10萬元抵減上限，讓不少車商跳腳，加上近期政院擬調整電動車發展方案，向電動大巴士傾斜，讓一些車商擔心既有優惠將泡湯。

國際美元連日走強，早盤日圓再次貶回102日圓，人民幣也持續走弱，不過，新台幣兌美元匯率今早在台股創3年新高的熱度帶動下，新台幣兌美元匯率盤中出現1角以上的升幅，盤中一舉升破30.10元大關，最高來到30.08元，至上午10時30分止，台幣成交價30.085元，台幣勁揚9.5分。

人民幣兌美元中間匯率今早再次走貶0.18分，來到6.1699元，即期匯率介在6.2369-6.2360元之間。日圓兌美元早盤弱勢盤整於102.05-101.86左右價位，韓元介在1024.73-1023.74間狹幅整理。

倒是新台幣兌美元匯率，早盤以30.180元平盤開出後，台幣一路走升，盤中最高來到30.080元，升值一角，也升破30.10元大關，早盤高低價介在30.180-30.080元之間。

匯銀人士指出，國內的出進口及新接訂單連月好轉，加上近日外資持續買超台股，推升台股衝上9051.54點，創下2011年5月3日以來的3年新高有關，預估若外資持續買超台股，台股續創新高，則新台幣兌美元匯率盤中不排除有升破30元整數大關的可能性。
