研調機構IDC 29日以需求不如預期為由、將2014年全球平板(含二合一)出貨量預估值自2.609億台下修5.9%至2.454億台。換言之，IDC目前預估全球平板出貨量成長率將從2013年的51.8%大降至今年的12.1%。

IDC裝置暨顯示部研究副總Tom Mainelli指出，高階平板換機需求不如預期加上Phablet(平板手機：Phone+Tablet；螢幕尺寸介於5.5-7.0吋)」崛起侵蝕部分平板需求導致產業成長速度不如預期。IDC統計顯示，Phablet佔智慧型手機比重自2013年第1季的4.3%跳增至今年第1季的10.5%(出貨量達3,010萬支)。

IDC預期較大尺寸機種(例如：微軟新款二合一12吋Surface Pro 3)將成為平板未來的成長動能來源。IDC研究分析師Jitesh Ubrani指出，微軟預期將受惠於平板大尺寸化風潮，預估從現在到2018年這段期間Windows裝置市佔率將呈現倍增。

IDC 5月1日公布，2014年第1季全球平板(含二合一)出貨量初估年增3.9%(季減35.7%)至5,040萬台。

根據Opera Mediaworks發布的報告，Phablet絕非一時流行：Juniper Research預估2018年全球平板手機出貨量將自2013年的2千萬支(註：當年智慧型手機出貨量達9.8億支)跳增至1.2億支。根據Opera的定義，平板手機的螢幕尺寸介於5-7吋之間，包括三星Galaxy Note、Sony Xperia Z、宏達電(2498)HTC One Max、Nokia Lumia以及LG Optimus G Pro等13款行動裝置皆符合此一定義。Opera發現，今年3-4月全球平板手機網路流量主要是來自三星機種，其用戶主要集中在亞洲、紐澳地區。

平板手機的主要用途？Opera發現Phablet主要是拿來使用社群網站服務。如果是要拿來玩遊戲、聽音樂、看影片，平板的使用機率高於Phablet。看新聞？使用螢幕較小的智慧型手機會比用Phablet還要來得頻繁。

研調機構Canalys 12日公佈，2014年第1季全球智慧型手機出貨量年增29%(季減5%)至2.794億支。Canalys統計顯示，全球5吋以上智慧機出貨量年增369%。Canalys分析師Jessica Kwee指出，三星在5吋以上螢幕機種市場佔有率達44%、若就5.5吋以上螢幕來看市佔率更高達53%。

就在Phablet大賣的同時，平板第一品牌蘋果卻是不進反退。2014年1-3月iPad銷售量年減16%(季減37%)至1,635萬台；銷售額年減13%(季減34%)至76.1億美元。

IEK：Q1半導體產業海內外產值4736億元，年增15.3%

依工研院產業經濟與資訊服務中心(IEK)統計，本(103)年第1季我國半導體產業海內外產值4,736億元，較上年同期增15.3％，其中以積體電路(IC)製造業2,458億元及IC設計業1,253億元為大宗，兩者合占7成8，分別增13.1％及23.8％，IC封裝及測試業亦各增11.8％及9.8％。

平面顯示器受中國大陸產能擴增，產業競爭加劇影響，第1季海內外產值3,286億元，較上年同期減9.5％，其中面板產業2,112億元(占64％)減9.9％，關鍵零組件1,174億元減8.7％。

面板產業中，大型面板產值1,560億元，減12.7％，10吋以下面板則增0.2％；關鍵零組件中，玻璃基板與背光模組分別減2.8％及8.3％，偏光板亦減6.0％，彩色濾光片減幅則達19.8％。(資料來源：主計處5/29)

本報訊

大陸雲南省祥雲縣大營村過去3年接待費高達人民幣152萬元，而且是「一半送禮，一半進肚」。但當地農民人均年收入才1千元左右。

中國大陸京華時報今天報導，雲南省大理白族自治州祥雲縣禾甸鎮大營村委會自2009年11月到2013年6月以「接待費」為名支出近152萬元（716萬元），平均每天花掉1151元。

大營村的接待費不僅在當地遙遙領先，甚至超過許多大陸中央部會機構。在接待方面如此闊氣的大營村，卻是一個貧困村。大營村2010年農民人均純收入為1041元，不到當年全大陸水準的1/5。

中共當地紀檢機關調查發現，大營村接待費約有70餘萬元以「協調項目接待費」的名義購買土特產支出，其餘資金絕大多數以「接待費」的名義流入了大營村前村委會主任蘇光進兒媳李美芳經營的小賣部和食堂。

大營村委會接待用的香煙、白酒、茶葉、糖果、飲料等幾乎全部由李美芳的小賣部提供，村委會人員簽字就可以隨意支取，然後由村委會買單；村委會接待用餐也通常安排在蘇家，每人每餐15元或20元。

上述事件直到蘇光進等人遭到查處才告停止。(中央社)

動物們彈琴、繪畫樣樣來，表現令人驚嘆。 華盛頓國家動物園官網

格林童話《布萊梅樂手》故事中，驢子、小狗、貓咪和公雞組成了一支樂團，共同趕走一群強盜。最近美國華盛頓國家動物園也同樣透過許多音樂、繪畫、智力訓練的「才藝課」，真的讓動物們變成一群藝術家。

華盛頓國家動物園（Smithsonian's National Zoological Park）27日在影音平台Youtube上傳了一支可愛程度爆表的影片，裡面一堆亞洲小爪水獺擠簇在一起，共同彈奏一台電子琴。雖然很難說以「悅耳」、「天籟」的字詞形容音色，因為牠們基本上只是用腳掌敲擊琴鍵，但是小水獺可愛的模樣讓人一掃壞心情。

繼續點閱動物園Youtube頻道上其他影片，還會看到紅毛猩猩用手指在木琴上來來回回敲音階，懶熊學習吹口風琴，吹奏時還對於口琴發出的聲音一臉好奇，觀者不免驚訝地猜測，是動物園要組一個動物樂團嗎？

華盛頓國家動物園園長亥爾姆斯解釋，這些其實都是動物園的「充實計畫」之一。亥爾姆斯說，園方希望設計一些活動，讓動物與保育人員之間能更頻繁地互動，建立良好的雙邊關係，而且動物也會因為嘗試過去未接觸過的新事物，刺激牠們的智能發展。

因此在這家有4百種不同動物的動物園裡，人們可以看到漁貓在充滿障礙物的大水盆裡練習抓魚，或野豬可愛的踢皮球，老虎自顧自地大玩彈力繩，猿猴動物在工作人員引導下使用iPad，甚至連章魚也有自己的專屬玩具。

園方表示，必須透過動物不同的特性給予不同的玩具，比方說懶熊覓食時，會將地上的浮土吹開再吸食白蟻，所以當工作人員遞上口琴時，牠們按照天性能自然地「吹」和「吸」。

最受矚目的莫過於動物的「繪畫課程」，除了像大象、熊貓可以「拿起」畫筆揮灑之外，園方也利用無毒可水洗顏料，讓獅子、老虎直接用腳掌創作。園方說，因為顏料黏糊糊的還有氣味，並不是每個動物都喜歡，所以園方決不會強迫動物們做牠們不喜歡的事。但動物園裡有好多動物對顏料、畫筆「愛不釋手」，牠們不只單純畫畫，也嗅聞顏料、在顏料中滾動玩耍，全心全意投入這項活動中。
