中華電信宣佈國內4G提前開台後，台灣三星、LG、HTC 等業者已推出多款 4G手機，業者將開放用戶更新，支援最新 4G LTE上網功能搶佔市場商機。

中華電信本週宣佈開通4G服務，首先是台北、台中、高雄三地，7月再擴大到桃園、新竹、台南市，外界關心的4G資費也同時出爐。遠傳、台灣大哥大也預計6月開通4G服務。三大行動電信商即將提供4G服務下，手機廠商的4G行銷戰也同時開打，台灣三星今盛大展出多款已在國內上市的4G手機，對外展示三星在4G手機上提供多元的手機選擇。

目前三星些已上市的4G手機包括Galaxy S5、Note 3 LTE、Galaxy J、Note 3 Neo、K Zoom、Core LTE，還有Galaxy Note Pro 12.2、Note 10.1 2014及Tab Pro 8.4三款4G平板電腦。部份的產品支援國內4G全頻段，能夠適用於不同電信商的4G服務，但部份產品僅支援特定的頻段，消費者購買4G產品需特別注意。

↓三星公告了現有4G手機、平板電腦韌體更新時程，更新後可使用最新4G LTE上網。

LG支援4G的手機包括Optimus G、Optimus G Pro、G2、Nexus 5、G Flex、G Pro 2、G2 mini，以及剛在國外發表的G3。

國產品牌HTC也已推出4G手機，目前市場上有6款，分別是HTC One Max、Butterfly s、New HTC One、Desire 610、Desire816及HTC One（M8），這些手機也將透過更新支援最新4G功能。

Sony Mobile已上市的4G產品則包括 Xperia Z1 LTE、Z2、T2 Ultra及最新上市的M2，平板電腦則有Z2 Tablet。

安倍香格里拉演講 中日交鋒

（中央社記者呂欣憓新加坡2014年5月30日專電）日本首相安倍晉三今天出席香格里拉對話，推銷積極和平主義，但遭到中方代表質疑，安倍則說日本追求和平，不會發動戰爭。

由英國智庫國際戰略研究所（IISS）舉辦的第13屆亞洲安全會議（Asia Security Summit），又稱「香格里拉對話」（Shangri-La Dialogue）於5月30日至6月1日在新加坡舉行，亞太國家國防高層齊聚新加坡討論安全議題。

安倍晉三應邀在開幕式演講，他在演講中強調遵守國際法的重要性，在海洋爭議上未直接批評中國大陸，只強調日本支持菲律賓和越南在處理南海爭議的做法。他同時強調日本的「積極和平主義」概念。

不過在提問時間中，中國大陸解放軍代表嗆辣提問，指出安倍在去年前往靖國神社後，表示這是尊重這些死去軍人的靈魂，但同時亞洲有很多國家的人民被日本軍隊殺害，安倍要如何展現積極和平主義？

安倍回應表示，很多人在20世紀受到戰爭之苦，日本會盡力促成和平，他強調日本絕不會發起戰爭，而是1個自由、民主、和平、尊重法治和人權的國家。

在釣魚台問題上，與會者提問日本是否可能因此和中國大陸開戰？安倍說，釣魚台一直是日本領土，實際上由日本控制，不管在東海或南海，大家都要尊重國際法，他也希望中日兩國能達成避免意外事件的溝通機制。

至於日本是否考慮將釣魚台爭議提交第3方如國際法庭處理？安倍說，日本實際上控制釣魚台，這是沒有爭議的，中國大陸才是試圖挑戰現狀的一方，因此若要提交國際法庭，應是中國大陸要考慮的事情。

52年首次 美拼字大賽雙冠軍

（中央社馬里蘭州奧克森丘2014年5月29日綜合外電報導）斯克里普斯全美拼字大賽（Scripps NationalSpelling Bee）今天晚間舉行決賽，2名印度裔美國青少年並列冠軍，這是此賽52年來首度出現雙冠軍。

來自紐約的阿薩瓦（Sriram Hathwar）與德州的蘇喬（Ansun Sujoe）今天在高潮迭起的決賽，幾乎用光25個指定冠軍賽單字。
