近日，一隻貓頭鷹闖入安徽省涇縣一處養雞場，造成雞場500多隻未出籠的小雞受到驚嚇，相互踩踏而死。「兇手」被捕後，有人提議「血債血還」，雞場楊老闆趕緊攔在前頭，說「先養着」。

人民網報導，楊老闆在涇縣茂林鎮開養雞場，10畝地裏養了1萬多隻雞。為提高雞隻品質，他白天放養，晚上才把小雞關進雞舍。上周一（8日）凌晨，養雞場傳來異響，雞舍工人開燈檢查，驚見大量小雞死亡。

楊老闆趕到現場時，看到雞舍到處是小雞屍體，還有1隻成年的貓頭鷹被網困住，經統計，共損失了500多隻小雞。

有工人提議把這隻屬於國家二級保護野生動物的貓頭鷹殺了，羽毛掛在雞舍門口，別的貓頭鷹就不敢再來，但楊老闆拒絕了。

當天上午6時，涇縣茂林森林派出所警員到場，判斷因雞舍空間不大，貓頭鷹進入後，受驚的雞擠作一團互相踩踏，所以死的大多是體重不過600克左右的小雞。

警方表示將向相關部門反映，為楊老闆爭取一定的補償。經對現場拍照存證後，警方將貓頭鷹帶到山中放生。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

最近想買公仔時看到一個滿便宜的
我看問與答時賣家都回答說是正版的
但我下標後的同一天
賣家有一個負評說這個賣家以正版名義出售盜版
我就趕緊送出取消交易
我在第2天內也有發悄悄話給賣家
可是到了第4天賣家都沒有做出任何回應

請問我這種情況可以提出棄標申訴嗎

標題[請益] CPU使用率高，硬體中斷需要解決

﹝硬體規格﹞CPU：AMD Athlon 64 X2 Duel Core Processor 3600+ MB ：ASUS M2N MX RAM：金士頓跟另一條不知名...共3G VGA：內建 HDD：Intel SSD 520 120G (INTEL SSDSC2C W120A3 ) Western Digital 300G SATA (WDC WD32000AAKS-00L9A0) PSU：沒看..
