| ECB採負利率政策 央行備戰緊盯匯市

中央銀行官員指出，歐洲央行（ECB）成立以來，史無前例採取「負存款利率」政策，對於國際匯市的衝擊，央行將密切關注，並採取適當因應措施。
歐洲央行決議出爐後，歐元對美元匯率出現貶值「跳水」行情；匯銀主管說，歐元匯率昨天下午4時還在1.36美元兌1歐元左右，晚間8時半後已跌至1.35美元附近。
歐洲央行措施，對亞洲匯市可能造成何種影響？央行官員說，匯市很難預料，要觀察一段時間才知道。
官員說，對於歐洲央行昨日的政策，市場早有預期，並提早反應。
歐元已自5月初的1.39美元貶至昨日的1.36美元，累計貶值2.16%。

1.原廠購買來隨機附XP Home的電腦。 重灌時不用還原的，直接輸入機身外附的序號貼紙上的序號。 這樣OK嗎? (聽說OEM的電腦，那貼紙只是貼好看用的。) 2.實際看公司幾台windows7的電腦。 發現其機身貼的序號和用軟體查的序號是不一樣的。 那麼這序號可以拿去其他的電腦用嗎? 3.網路上很多賣序號貼紙的，他們的貼紙是像上面2的方法一樣來的嗎? 或是舊電腦拆機來的? 因為舊電腦是OEM機型，所以該序號沒有使用過? 我看甚至windows7貼紙都有在賣。 所以這些電腦可能仍使用中，只是序號拿出來賣? 4.有賣acer windows7的賣家，甚至說不限定acer機種， 然後也可以移機使用。(不限定綁定在一台電腦上) 這是真的還是假的? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.181.123.91 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1402009489.A.727.html
