標題[請問] 計算機上的%按鍵使用問題

2年來終於配息！友達李焜耀：不用繳補充保費

友達 (2409) 今(6)日召開股東會，董事長李焜耀指出，去年已經賺錢，全年合併淨利42.5億元，基本每股盈餘0.45元，從再之前的兩年虧錢，去年回到獲利，來回大概進步600億元，股東會順利通過現金股利0.15元，李焜耀說，這是在2年沒有配股利後，再度可以配股利，而且，「據我所知，不用繳補充保費」。

友達在2013年重回獲利，全年合併營收4164 億元，在產能沒有增加的情形下較2012年成長10%，全年合併淨利42.5 億元，基本每股盈餘0.45元；李焜耀指出，回顧2013 年，友達重要技術及發展成果包括，UHD 4K 超高解析度電視面板技術，已領先推出高階大尺寸的UHD 4K 液晶電視面板，並成為國際領導品牌客戶在高階UHD 4K 電視面板的主要供應商。

另外，在全系列 eTP(Embedded Touch Panel)標準型整合觸控面板上，友達結合顯示器與玻璃觸控技術，發展出全新標準型整合觸控面板解決方案，標準化規格有助於客戶進行製程整合進而提升成本優勢，為市面上極具競爭力的整合型觸控解決方案。

在超輕薄、高解析平板電腦顯示面板部分，李焜耀說，平板電腦是2013年成長性最高的產品之一，不僅在平板電腦面板的良率有關鍵性的突破，並打入國際領導品牌的供應鏈；在超高精細解析度智慧型手機面板上，已成功量產6吋WQHD(解析度2560x1440)超高精細解析度智慧型手機面板，解析度領先目前全球已量產的手機面板規格。

他表示，今年的發展重點鎖定時尚、高規格、觸控面板整合、商務型應用及汽車用面板等方面，在筆電、平板及手機上都將加強整合，目前在65吋供應面板上，友達是全世界第一大供應商，同時也是ATM全球最大供應商。

友達股東會討論股利的發放，去年稅後淨利41.8億元，經減去首次採用國際財務報導準則對保留盈餘影響數、2013年度精算損益變動數、2013年度採用權益法認列之保留盈餘調整數提撥法定盈餘公積，加上以前年度未分配盈餘，截至2013年底未分配盈餘36.15億元，分派普通股現金股利9624.2萬元，每股0.01元。

另外，擬依公司法第241條以超過面額發行普通股溢價之資本公積發放現金13.47億元，每股0.14元，經股東投票表決，通過去年度股利合計將發放0.15元現金股利；李焜耀說，這是在2年沒有配股後，今年再回到配股，他更表示，「據我所知，不用繳補充保費」。

標題[請益] 500G硬碟只顯示980MB
