高雄市香火鼎盛的文武聖殿前年爆發「庫藏黃金變金紙」疑案，廟方存放在第一銀行苓雅分行保險箱價值近2千萬的300多兩黃金，被不明男子以金紙掉包，檢方偵查後將負責保管保險箱鑰匙的廟方董事長黃綱担、黃鳳父女依竊盜罪起訴，但高雄地院審理後認為2人犯罪事證不足，一審均判無罪，仍可上訴。

現年86歲的黃綱担2008年5月間當選文武聖殿第7屆董事長，其女黃鳳（現年59歲）則為廟方代表。2008年7月間，父女兩人與常務董事歐棟財、黃瑛芳及出納歐錦寶同赴第一銀行苓雅分行清點交接廟方承租的5個保險箱內財物，並由前屆董事長將5支保險箱鑰匙交黃綱担保管，清點後當場將黃綱担、歐棟財、黃瑛芳3人各自保有之印鑑章變更為開箱所需核對之印鑑章，亦即必須持有保險箱鑰匙、3人印鑑章，再加上由歐錦寶保管的文武聖殿保管箱專用章印鑑，才能開箱。
 
不料，2012年6月黃綱担續任第8屆董事長，依例會同董事到銀行清點廟產，卻無法用鑰匙打開保險箱，請銀行以備用鑰匙開啟後赫然發現放在其中2個保險箱的黃金都被人用金紙掉包，隨即報警，清查後發現2保險箱早在2008年10月間就被不明男子以鑰匙及偽造的印鑑章開啟，檢方認為保管鑰匙的黃綱担父女最有可能與不明男子合謀盜領廟產，將2人起訴。

但法院審理時清查黃綱担父女財產，發現並無異常增加，且兩人在高雄與澎湖分別持有大批土地或擁大樓收租，並無竊盜黃金動機，另黃鳳也通過測謊。合議庭認為，本案文武聖殿放置銀行總重357 兩8錢9分4厘之金牌、金章究竟被何人取走，檢警多方清查都無法確認身份，不能僅以黃氏父女持有保險箱鑰匙就認定竊盜案為兩人所為，因此以證據不足判父女倆無罪。（王吟芳／高雄報導）

Wealth-X和瑞士銀行（UBS）最新調查顯示，全球擁有最多億萬富翁校友的20所大學為美國賓州大學，其他上榜的幾乎是美國常春藤盟校與名校的集合。

這份報告調查各大學億萬富翁學士的人數，賓州大學以25人拿下第一，哈佛、耶魯分居第2、3名。美國以外也有少數名校入榜，如孟買大學（第10名）和莫斯科州立大學（第11名）。

有件事值得注意：並非所有億萬富翁都到國際知名、學費昂貴的學校就讀。事實上，35%的億萬富翁沒有念大學。

此外，雖然這些學校的億萬富翁校友最多，但全球2,325名億萬富翁在各地超過700所大學拿到大學士學位。

以下是這份名單前五名：

3.耶魯大學（20人）

4.南加州大學（16人）
