拉加德：IMF總部有可能遷北京

（中央社台北2014年6月7日電）國際貨幣基金（IMF）總裁拉加德（Christine Largarde）說，有朝一日IMF總部可能從華盛頓搬至北京，因為中國大陸在世界經濟的影響力日益增加。

拉加德昨晚在倫敦說，IMF規定主要辦公室應設在最大股東所在的國家，而自IMF 70年前成立以來，美國一直是最大股東。

拉加德在倫敦政經學院（London School ofEconomics）回答提問時說，IMF的創始會員國「決定本機構總部將設在占配額最大部分的國家，這個國家捐款金額最大和貢獻最多。」

她說：「但照這個方式下去，如果有一天IMF總部設在例如北京，我也不會太驚訝。這要由IMF規章的條款來決定。」

拉加德說，IMF與世界第2大經濟體的中國大陸關係良好。她也稱讚大陸政府打擊貪腐的承諾。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）

用過M7 在用M8 感覺拍照方面進步最多的是HDR的部分 M7在亮部用了HDR細節很模糊 M8進步瞭很多 以下很多照片都是跟太陽PK 拍的 請各位大大批評指教

加拿大就業數據欠佳

（中央社記者張若霆多倫多2014年6月6日專電）加拿大統計署今天公布5月份就業統計數據顯示，5月份雖增加2萬5800份工作，但全是兼職工作，全職工作流失2萬9100份。

由於求職人數增多，5月份失業率從前一月的6.9%回升至7%。25至54歲男性工作流失2萬3000份。

蒙特婁銀行經濟學家波特（Doug Porter）表示，5月份就業統計數字只是表面好看，實質並不理想。

加拿大經濟自2008-09年衰退結束以來，在創造就業方面差強人意，但目前似乎後繼無力。尤其是在創造永久性，待遇好的全職工作方面，表現不佳。

本週初，加拿大中央銀行也指出，加拿大今年第1季的經濟成長不如理想。

經濟專家指出，過去1年來的就業數字反映正在轉型的經濟態勢。過去依賴房市及消費支撐的經濟現在已至強弩之末，本應起而代之的出口製造業及商業投資卻還裹足不前。

加拿大似乎將希望寄託在美國經濟復甦。經濟專家相信，美國經濟成長若加速，加拿大出口便會增加。

多倫多道明銀行經濟學家彼特拉美拉（DianaPetramala）表示，美國今年第2季經濟成長率預估為4%，加上歐洲經濟脫離衰退，加拿大公司獲利增加，充其量只會在今年底以前，帶動加拿大增加1萬至1萬5000份工作，甚至跟不上人口增長率。
