距離台灣近千公里的南沙太平島上，養了三隻陪官兵站哨的土狗，喚作可樂、妹妹與錢錢，長年站哨、警戒、防衛海岸線。海巡署宣布，為維護南海生態，杜絕任何非當地原生物種，東、南沙戌守部隊未來不再豢養任何犬隻，國境之南這三隻神秘犬，是我國在南海末代站哨犬。

海巡南沙指揮部十年前曾「犬滿為患」，島上土狗繁衍過多，被傳海拋犬隻，一度遭動保團體關切。如今島上仍有3隻存活，受到海巡官兵悉心照料，成了太平島最資深的「狗兵」。

南沙指揮部指揮官程駿杰說，可樂、妹妹與錢錢，由島上官兵以寵物犬方式合力照顧，豢養在島上重要設施處，可樂、妹妹守發電廠、錢錢在第二守望哨，平日協助警戒、海岸線巡邏的工作，每日早晚由專人餵食，並定期清潔、理毛及投藥，確保健康。

南沙太平島長期有三隻陪官兵站哨的土狗可樂、妹妹與錢錢。海巡署宣布，為維護南海生態，杜絕任何非當地原生物種，東、南沙戌守部隊未來不再豢養任何犬隻，國境之南這三隻神秘犬，是我國在南海末代站哨犬。 海巡署南沙指揮部提供非報系

程駿杰說，三隻狗因為「資深」，不但上島新兵被吠，他身為上校指揮官，三犬也照吠不誤，接任現職至今一年半，查哨時仍得提防。

儘管犬隻對據點防務有警戒功能，但程駿杰說，太平島偏遠，犬隻施打預防針等防疫資源不易取得，加上科技進步，海巡已不需要狗來協助站哨警戒。

海巡局南巡局長張德浩表示，考量維護東、南沙生態，杜絕任何非當地原生種的動物登島，海巡已不在南海據點飼養犬隻，成立國家公園的東沙島，「全島一隻狗也沒有」，太平島三隻土犬已十餘歲，待自然終老後，就不再自本島引進入任何犬隻。

這三隻陪官兵站哨的土狗，多年來與島上官兵建立深厚情感，根據官方資料說明，南沙指揮部自接替海軍陸戰隊防衛任務時，也接收留交的犬隻，歷經14年，其中有凋零老死及繁衍後代，至今僅存3隻（2雄1雌），名為「可樂」(黑黃色)、「錢錢」(黑色)、「妹妹」(黃色)，均已不具繁殖能力，其來源已無可稽考。

南沙指揮部也指出，基於愛護動物、珍惜生命的理念，接續照顧犬隻，島上官兵視為寵物，細心照料，也讓島上生活增添樂趣。

彭博報導，值中國國務院總理李克強加大刺激力度、以支撐經濟成長之際，新浪財經昨天報導，大陸向5大銀行提供5000億元人民幣（814億美元）流動性。

新浪財經引述國泰君安銀行業首席分析師邱冠華的話指出，中國人民銀行昨天開始透過常備借貸便利（standing lending- facilities, SLF）向5大行分別注資1000億元人民幣，期限為3個月。根據報導，人行將於今天完成這項操作。

瑞穗證券亞洲（Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd.）駐香港首席亞洲經濟家沈建光在電郵中指出：「這形同『印鈔』，創造貨幣基礎。立竿見影的效果相當把所有銀行的存款準備金率調降50個基本點。」下調存準率，可用來放貸的資金將增加。

此舉顯示大陸決意支撐經濟，儘管全盤性的刺激可能導致大陸日益攀升的負債問題加劇。

李克強將今年國內生產毛額（GDP）成長目標設定在7.5%，不過受累房地產不景氣，今年大陸成長目標恐難達陣。

記者在當地正常上班時間之外致電人行北京辦公室卻無人接聽。

13日出爐的數據顯示，大陸工業生產創下金融危機席捲全球最疲弱成長腳步，投資與零售銷售成長趨緩，凸顯經濟加劇放慢風險。在這些數據出爐前，8月進口連續2個月下滑，廣義新增借貸指標下降40%，數據顯示製造業回落。

大陸的行庫分別是中國工商銀行、中國農業銀行、中國建設銀行、中國銀行與交通銀行，不過新浪財經並未指名5大行庫的名稱。
