之前有去髮廊做一方案 , 設計師說可以將頭髮的化學殘留物及髒汙洗淨

水水的會起泡 ~~~ 洗完之後頭髮真的變輕盈ㄌ(結帳品項寫→生化掃除)

不過要價不斐~~~請問各位大大市面上或網購有辦法買到類似產品居家護理嗎

感覺很好用~~另外"此類產品使用頻率為何 !?

平常有使用 Aromase艾瑪絲 頭皮角質洗髮精, 洗完舒服但很乾澀

(使用完艾瑪絲後隔天去髮廊做了生化掃除竟然還是溶解出髒汙 = =
Aromase 真的有用嗎還是用心安的 = =)

如果搭配生化掃除產品使用會不會過度刺激"以上

Samsung GALAXY Note 4 預購將從 20 日起開跑，預計 10 月起正式上市。

Samsung 在 2014 年 9 月 18 日舉辦活動，並公布了旗艦智慧型手機 GALAXY Note 4 預購活動；自 9 月 20 日至 9 月 27 日止，消費者可於 Samsung 智慧館與 Yahoo！Samsung 旗艦館預購。

首批預購開放「酷碳黑」、「冰霜白」兩種顏色，預計 2014 年 10 月起上市；特別的是，Samsung 共帶來了 3,050 份限量好禮，包括市價 3,180 元的原廠無線充電組，以及價格 1,800 元的手機螢幕意外險半年。

活動中 Samsung 並未公布售價，應該在 2014 年 9 月底就會公開；而目前僅推出 32GB 款，其它版本及 GALAXY Note Edge 部份有待確認。

Samsung GALAXY Note 4 除了 4G LTE 全頻段外，亦支援 Cat.6 與 C.A. 載波聚合能力；硬體配備的是 5.7 吋、2560 x 1440 解析度螢幕，處理器為 Samsung Exynos 5433，搭配 3GB RAM / 32GB ROM。

S Pen 感壓能力從 GALAXY Note 3 的 1024 提升至 2048，並導入了「Air Command感應快捷環」以及「Action Memo 快捷 Memo」、「Screen Write 快速截圖」、「Image Clip 全能剪」、「Smart Select 全能貼」等功能，S Note 應用部份，則增加創新的「Snap Note 快拍筆記」。

前置鏡頭提升至 3.7MP，同時光圈也調整至 F1.9；另外，可利用心跳感應器取代快門鍵進行自拍。至於照相鏡頭為 16MP，F2.2 光圈，同時加入了 1.5 級的光學防手震，以及將數位變焦提升至 8 倍（GALAXY Note 3 為 4 倍），大大提升了拍照的可玩性。

至於中階的智慧型手機 Samsung GALAXY Alpha，則預計 2014 年 9 月底開賣。

公務員上班時在候選人的網頁按讚，是否違反行政中立？竹市府人事處長陳旻昨在市務會議明確表示，公務員上班時在候選人網頁按讚，或下班後使用公家電腦按讚，都違反行政中立法。

法界人士說，不管按讚對象是誰，上班時間不做私事是基本工作倫理，尤其公務員上班時間不要涉入政治言論，保持行政中立，更是合理要求。

本月五日銓敘部在新竹邀集桃、竹、苗、台中一級主管與機關首長說明選舉應遵守行政中立，當時「能否到候選人臉書上按讚？」引發熱烈討論。陳旻指出，銓敘部明確指出兩項認定標準，公務員利用上班時間按讚，或下班後使用公家電腦按讚，皆不合規定。

陳旻補充，候選人從里長到議員，公務員包含市府員工、警消和兼行政職的教師等，都得遵守行政中立法，若有同仁被檢舉，將由考績會根據事實與當事人說法確認情節輕重，依法給予懲處。

「講清楚、說明白最好」，有市府員工表示，能否在候選人臉書上按「讚」，一旦有明確指示，就不會誤觸法律。也有員工認為，公家電腦都將臉書鎖住，他有時會透過手機看臉書，擔心「手滑」時按到候選人的言論而被處分。

這次藉著出差之名、行購物之實（呵呵呵）。
