菲律賓3名涉及「肉桶弊案」的參議員，今天被肅貪專員辦公室控以掠奪罪名，3人被指合計侵吞了將近6億披索（約新台幣4億1000萬元）。

肅貪專員辦公室幕僚人員下午到反貪汙法庭提告，3名被告參議員為安瑞烈（Juan Ponce Enrile）、晶貴‧艾斯特拉達（Jinggoy Estrada）和芮維亞（RamonBong Revilla Jr.）。

反貪汙法庭將在下週抽籤分案，然後在10天內決定是否發出拘捕令。

根據菲律賓法律，貪汙累計5000萬披索（約新台幣3416萬元）以上即屬掠奪，不得交保。

媒體報導，這是菲國首度有參議員被控掠奪重罪。

菲律賓國家預算中撥給國會議員若干經費，用以建設、發展選區，參議員每人每年可領2億披索，眾議員每人每年則有7000萬披索。

去年下半年有揭弊者出面指控，逾百名參議員、眾議員、政府官員與白手套勾結，透過「幽靈」非政府組織執行不存在的扶貧方案，聯手侵吞這些錢。

安瑞烈原為參議院議長，在肉桶弊案爆發後下台；晶貴是曾因貪汙罪名入獄的前菲律賓總統艾斯特拉達之子；芮維亞是武打明星出身，1995年從政。調查顯示，3人多年來侵吞的金額分別為1億7200萬披索、1億8300萬披索和2億4200萬披索。

被指是弊案白手套兼主嫌的女華商納波里斯（Janet Lim-Napoles），與另約30人今天也一併被控掠奪或貪污等罪名。

艾奎諾三世以反貪汙為施政口號，上任後已逮捕被指掠奪國家財富的前總統雅羅育，並彈劾前最高法院院長柯羅納。

已經62歲的鐘秀容，12年前退休在家，多出空閒時間，便隨友人加入寄養家庭，照顧第一個孩子時，老公說「這麼辛苦別做了」，她說「我就是死腦筋，對的事就特別想去做」。

3年前收養一對過動姊妹花，「只要能站兩人絕對不會坐」，特別是妹妹小容（化名）注意力嚴重不集中，上廁所進了門後永遠不會坐上馬桶，直接在地上解決，即使教了再教，小容就是不聽，甚至說「馬桶有鬼」。

鐘秀容說，小容「每天都有不同的梗」，每次提醒總是吵架收場，還曾故意不穿衣服睡覺，她早上叫醒時總是被驚嚇。

隨著即將結案離家，小容和姊姊竟在離開前小聲問鐘秀容「我可以抱妳一下嗎？」鐘秀容說，以為姊妹花絲毫不知道她對兩人的愛，突如其來的舉動，讓她馬上紅了眼眶，並說「我加碼送你兩下，抱三下再走」。

鐘秀容說，離別當天，她不敢面對兩人依依不捨的樣子，提早和老公出門逛街，返家看到空蕩蕩的屋子，心中不斷迴盪著對兩人的關心。

她說，家人看到她對寄養兒的付出，好幾次都心疼勸她別做了，但她從來沒放棄，「如果連我都不願意幫忙，還有誰能幫他們」。

鐘秀容說加入寄養家庭從來沒有後悔過，也從沒有真的覺得累，收養過的每個寄養兒，至今都還替他們保留房間，只要他們有需要，鐘家永遠都留下一房間，當他們永遠的避風港。

我七月要去台中市沙鹿區工作

所以要把機車寄過去(四行程100cc)

因為上去後可能就沒時間回來寄車了

所以可能要請待在雲林元長的親戚幫我寄車

但是寄車要填寫託運單,這樣到時候託運單

收據會在我親戚那邊而我沒有那這樣我可以

領車嗎???還是不用憑託運單收據也是可以

領車呢???憑有照片的證件也可以領嗎???

還有~我要寄的是翔順機車托運~~

從雲林元長寄到台中沙鹿是多少錢???

需要填寫哪些東西及繳交哪些證件???

我上去後會把我愛車的鑰匙帶著,把備份鑰

使給親戚,方便他們幫我把機車寄上來,托運

時需要給翔順機車托運我愛車的機車鑰匙

嗎???(因為怕說二份鑰使都帶在身邊掉了

（中央社台北2014年6月9日電）台北股市今天漲28.28點，收9162.74點。6月電子期收360.85點，上漲1.55點，逆價差0.83點；6月金融期收1021.80點，上漲2.40點，正價差0.51點。

6月電子期以360.85點作收，上漲1.55點，成交2701口。7月電子期以355.55點作收，上漲1.25點，成交41口。

電子現貨上漲1.67點，以361.68點作收；6月電子期貨與現貨相較，逆價差0.83點。

6月金融期貨以1021.80點作收，上漲2.40點，成交2305口。7月金融期以1011.40點作收，上漲1.20點，成交135口。

金融現貨上漲1.28點，以1021.29點作收；6月金融期貨與現貨相較，正價差0.51點。實際收盤價以期交所公告為準。
