南海爭議 菲不回應挑釁行為

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉2014年6月8日專電）菲律賓總統府馬拉坎南宮重申，菲律賓不會回應中國大陸方面的任何「挑釁」行為，以免升高區域緊張情勢。

馬拉坎南宮副發言人華爾地今天在廣播節目中說，「我們選擇的路線是不回應挑釁行為」。

華爾地補充，有許多方法可以展現捍衛疆土的決心，馬尼拉將繼續透過外交管道及法律手段，處理南海爭議。

菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世5日指控，中國大陸繼在赤瓜礁建造飛機跑道之後，最近似乎又想在南海南薰礁和華陽礁一帶填海造陸；菲國外交部指責北京企圖改變南海現狀，違反2002年南海各方行為宣言。

中國外交部發言人洪磊6日就「填海造陸」之說發表回應，稱大陸在南海任何島礁上的行動，都是「中國主權範圍內的事情，與菲律賓無關」。

但華爾地也坦承，菲國尚無法證實中方的填土工程是否已經開始，聲稱外交部仍在進行查證。她補充，馬尼拉將視查證結果採取「下一個必要步驟」。

南海主權之爭導致菲律賓與中國大陸關係惡化，馬尼拉去年1月單方面將爭議提交國際仲裁，今年3月又向依聯合國海洋法公約成立的仲裁庭，提交了4000頁的陳情書。

北京多次重申不參與仲裁程序，但仲裁庭仍限中方在今年12月15日以前，針對菲方陳情書答辯。

台燿科技（6274）公布5月營收11.32億元，月增率0.82%，年增率13.22%，創13個月新高及歷史次高。

台燿前五月營收53.02億元，年增率2.91%；首季稅後純益1.32億元，比上季及2013年同期各減少17.42%、2.76%，創五季新低，每股稅後純益0.55元。

台燿首季營收30.22億元，毛利率17.4%。營收季增率1.94%，年增率1.38%，創六季新高及歷史次高；毛利率分別提高1.06、2.18個百分點，也居歷年單季高檔。

台燿2013年第4季營收29.65億元，毛利率16.34%，稅後純益1.59億元，每股稅後純益0.66元；營收較第3季減少0.58%，為四季最低，毛利率下滑1.08個百分點，稅後純益衰退2.1%。

台燿2013年營收119.4億元，毛利率16.31%，稅後純益6.13億元，每股稅後純益2.56元；營收、稅後純益年增率各為11.1%、29.33%，同為歷史新高，毛利率提高2.12個百分點，也居七年新高，先前董事會決議，擬每股配發2013年現金股利1.204679元，為七年最高，盈餘配股率47.06%

時序進入半年報作帳高峰。法人機構統計，過去10年的6月作帳行情，最明顯反映在傳產股身上，包括金融股、紡纖、食品類股皆有不錯漲勢；不過，今年電子股明顯成為盤面主流。法人認為，在資金轉向之下，傳產股今年明顯「度小年」，作帳行情恐降溫。

根據法人機構資料顯示，自2004至2013年期間6月行情統計（時間為6月中旬至月底），以具有集團色彩的傳產股、還有金融股的漲相最佳，其中，玉山金過去10年期間，6月都是上漲，國泰金、開發金也有九次上漲；另外，集團股如統一實、食品股如佳格、大統益；紡纖股南紡、東隆興、儒鴻也都有逾八成的上漲機率。

法人分析，集團股的作帳行情通常集中在每年6月底以及年底，其中，又以利基型中小型股或傳產股為主，主要是傳產股有許多集團旗下子公司相互轉投資，可藉由集團間的交叉持股提高投資利益，來美化半年報與年報的帳面數字；而小型股因股本較小，籌碼集中，股價較容易有表現。

此外，部分上市櫃公司大股東將持股質押借款，為提高銀行對於其放款的安全性，公司股價也須維持在一定價值之上，才有利資產價格的評估。不過，法人指出，今年以來電子股明顯成為盤面主流，在資金排擠效應之下，今年傳產股的作帳行情恐不如以往熱絡。
