挺蘇格蘭留英 羅琳捐百萬英鎊

（中央社倫敦2014年6月11日綜合外電報導）執筆「哈利波特」（Harry Potter）系列小說的英國暢銷作家JK羅琳（JK Rowling），已捐出100萬英鎊（168萬美元）給反對蘇格蘭脫離英國獨立的組織，以推動相關活動。

羅琳今天表示，她相信蘇格蘭留在英國比較好。

羅琳住在蘇格蘭首府愛丁堡（Edinburgh），也是將在9月18日的獨立公投中，決定蘇格蘭是否要結束與英國長達307年關係的約400萬選民之一。

支持英國-蘇格蘭聯合的組織「在一起更好」（Better Together）發言人證實，羅琳捐出100萬英鎊，以支持推動相關活動。

美聯社報導，羅琳說，擔心蘇格蘭獨立後，經濟和醫療研究方面將受到衝擊。

羅琳今天在官網發表聲明說，她認為「獨立可能帶給我們許多機會…但也會帶來重大風險。」（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）

新北市教育局去年起邀請學界師資和業界導演，輔導各校師生「用影像說故事」，並舉辦學生影展，今年續辦，以「新住民的故事」和「雲端的天空」為主題，共9部作品參展，昨天頒獎，金、銀、銅質獎分別是「我的媽媽是美甲傳人」、「單程機票」、「台灣是我家」，「投筆從農、天米八煙」獲評審團推薦獎。

「我的媽媽是美甲傳人」描述忠義國小六年級生李中岳和媽媽黃微草的故事，黃微草是越南芒族原住民，18歲遠嫁台灣，生下一雙子女，為兼顧工作又能照顧孩子，她學習美甲手藝開店，6年前和丈夫離異後，獨力撫養孩子，展現不服輸的精神。

黃微草說，她媽媽在越南也做美容美髮，她從小有些基礎，但剛學美甲、考證照時非常辛苦，如今她已是講師，她把「努力才能成功」當成教育準則，更從小教子女講越南語，讓他們和故鄉沒有隔閡。

李中岳說，他希望透過影片表達對媽媽的感謝。黃微草也鼓勵其他台灣的新住民，多教孩子講母語，孩子才能不忘本。

盤勢分析

在ECB降息推升歐美股市上漲的利多下，台股上周五沿續多頭態勢，大盤強攻創9,174點波段新高，雖然盤中遇高檔獲利了結賣壓調節，指數小幅壓回，收在9,136點，惟指數仍力守5日線之上，盤勢維持強勢偏多格局。

台股上周合計上漲58點，單周漲幅0.65%，單日成交量顯著放大至千億元之上。上周表現較佳的類股包括水泥、電機、電子三大類股，漲幅分別為1.74%、1.64%和1.35%。

水泥類股在大陸官方積極執行淘汰低效能水泥廠、禁用低標水泥、採高標環保等條件下，市場需求持續回溫，第2季淡季不淡，表現更勝首季。

電子類股則有台北國際電腦展熱鬧登場，包括物聯網、行動穿戴裝置、海量資料等三大題材下的相關個股表現搶眼下，帶領電子指數上漲。表現較差的類股包括百貨、營建和玻璃陶瓷，跌幅各為3.29、2.05%、1.43%。

台股上周表現持續搶眼，受惠全球經濟數據復甦、ECB推出極度寬鬆政策，國際局勢發展正向等因素，目前離歐債前高點9,220點剩不到100點，並沿5日線盤堅。

隨著量能增溫至千億元水準，價漲量增配合均線多頭走勢持續，預料指數仍有往上攻堅機會。只是，目前面對台股前高9,220點及1萬2,682與1萬393點連結長期下降趨勢線所造成的反壓震盪難免，至少可沿5日線震盪盤堅。

後市短評

台股未來一個月仍可望維持高檔震盪格局。首先，國際局勢站在有利之處，包括美國聯準會褐皮書揭露美經濟成長轉強，道瓊與S&P500指數均創歷史新高，帶動國際股市。

再者，歐洲央行降息避免通縮危機，動作積極。內部來看，台股指標公司營收表現亮眼，與眾多公司參加海外法說會，業績題材堅實支撐。
