幫人生加分？畢業季湧延畢潮

每年六月畢業季，偏偏近幾年卻掀起一股「延畢」潮。教育部統計，每年延畢率高達4%，男女生比例更是3：1。原因不外乎是學業考量，擔心畢業就失業，甚至是兵役問題。不過，也有學生反而將「延畢」納入生涯規畫，出國學語文或擔任國際志工，累積經驗同時，也找到人生未來的出路。

延畢不延畢，每個人選擇大不同，像修讀雙學位加修輔系及教育學程，考研究所都有。但絕大多數是擔心畢業即失業，而男生還有個原因，就是不想太早去當兵。反應在數字上，近五年大學畢業生年年增加，但延畢人數也跟著逐年攀升，從98年才5萬出頭，99年5萬3千多人，101年已經將近5萬6千多人，延畢率都有4%。

林映秀，就是其中之一。當初她主修政大外交系，為了將輔修的中文系唸完，決定延畢一年。但這「額外」的學士生涯，林映秀沒白白浪費，反而選擇飛到韓國首爾大學學韓文。一年的韓國之旅，開啟了林映秀的世界觀。不論在課堂上，接觸韓國在地文化，或是在烹飪教室，親手製作韓式煎餅，體驗異國美食，林映秀還結交到世界各國的好朋友。但最讓她意外的是，回到台灣反而因為韓文專長，順利應徵上法律事務所的工作。

拿著講義，對著坐在底下的高職生細心講解，很難想像，今年大學五年級的他，大一開始投入教學，不只在校園當起課輔講師，更在補習班擔任輔導組長，雖然比同期同學晚畢業，但延畢這一年空檔，他卻是身經百戰。高職畢業的他，大一唸的是電子工程，大二轉系學應用外文，礙於學分要求，每天被課業壓著跑。為了彌補大學生活的空缺，他決心給自己一年的空白時間，不只擔任大小活動的助理、翻譯、講師、總召，更藉機學習他最感興趣的企管人力資源管理。看看他的每週行事曆，不論工作、演講、課業，甚至自我進修，充分做好時間管理，儘管柯承佑看起來似乎輸在起跑點，卻也讓他贏得與眾不同的未來。

無論哪一條路，哪一種選擇，沒有絕對的對或錯，但重要的是，當踏出那一步前，先想清楚，你也能成為人生勝利組。

攻亞洲盃／券商：加速前進柬埔寨、大馬

金管會將大幅放寬證券商海外投資限制，國內券商對此政策按讚，因有利證券商加入亞洲盃的賽局，也為未來與大陸券商參股，提供更好契機，同時在國際市場也有機會接觸到更大、更好的併購案。

康和證券董事長周康記表示，金管會放寬券商海外投資限制，應該是鼓勵證券商的腳步不要再僅侷限於國內市場，將眼光放遠一點，能夠跨入國際市場，由於到陌生地點，有其風險，在金管會開放政策後，將有助證券商進行併購動作。

周康記認為，在金管會放寬併購資金來源管道後，未來的併購方向，將加速在越南、柬埔寨、馬來西亞等地、甚至是在中國大陸的評估動作，也會列入考量。

元大金控發言人莊有德也表示，在放寬券商併購的資金來源、管道後，將更有利證券商的資金調度，如果有適當的機會，將有利於接觸更大、更好的併購案，對整體券商形態來說，是全面利多。

國泰證券發言人副總陳俊昇表示，現階段只要對集團與股東有利、且有助整體發展的併購案，都不排除任何的可能。

請問高雄的"正文山特區"指的是哪四條路之間的範圍呢? 因為好像仲介都會無限放大某某特區 明明就離特區有一段路

很多售屋廣告上都會打上文山特區，
但實際打去問就知道都不是在正文山特區裡面，
基本上青年路、建國路、澄清路圍起來的區域是所謂的文山特區，
整體道路的規劃和建築物的規範都會不一樣，
建議可以親自去走走就能體會。

同樣是文山特區，
有部分的學區是屬於東光國小、陽明國中，
有部份則是文德國小，青年國中。
有部分是屬於三民區，
有部分是屬於鳳山區。
劃分的界線有點像是對角線切過去，
所以如果在意學區最好事先查清楚，
可別只聽仲介的一面說法。

至於房價部分，
5~10年以上中古屋價位在15~20萬左右
目前0~2年新古屋約在20~25萬左右，(帝匯、帝凡妮、湖立方)
新屋幾乎站上25萬。(帝之匯、景深、麗池)
週邊的房價會略低個2~3萬，甚至更多。
