【動新聞】驚現隨機脫褲　當街強扯少女褲落跑

高市鳳山街頭出現隨機脫褲變態！一名少女上周晚間補習完返家，竟在快到住家門前的騎樓遭一名男子尾隨，對方一把扯下她的褲子後轉身逃跑，整個過程宛如低級整人節目，晚少女父親目擊女兒被脫褲過程，雖緊追男子，但男子仍騎腳踏車逃離，警方現已調閱監視器，儘速查出男子身份以防再有女子受害。
 
上周五晚間9時30分許，高市一名國二女學生（14歲）從補習完徒步返家，行經鳳山區光復、華西街口的騎樓時，遭一名男子尾隨，並從後猛力扯下短褲。少女驚嚇來不及反應，男子已轉身騎上事先停放的光復路上的腳踏車落跑，而當時少女的父親正好在家門口泡茶等女兒下課，看見女兒遭陌生人街頭強脫褲子拔腿緊追，但最後男子騎腳踏車右轉文聖街後逃離無蹤。
 
警方獲報以涉嫌違反《性騷擾防治法》調查，調閱監視器發現涉案男子因騎腳踏車逃離，沒有車牌無法立刻確認男子的身份，但已掌握男子面貌，推測恐是未成年少年涉案，將進一步追查。
 
少女事後表姊得知有惡狼在街頭企圖對表妹不軌，昨在臉書上PO文盼網友協助肉搜。警方則表示，擔心男子食髓知味恐再對其他女性下手，將儘速查訪嫌犯身份儘速找出涉案男子到案。（楊適群╱高雄報導）

陽明山飛車驚魂 處理員警受表揚

台北市士林警分局今天表揚溪山派出所警員謝仲壹、陳威廷，因日前兩人幫助迷途山中的民眾脫困。

士林警分局表示，劉姓男子與女友本月6日凌晨12點半欲前往五指山，因GPS（全球衛星定位系統）報錯路，在路況不熟又逢大雨的情況下，車輛不慎打滑而卡進山壁，一車輪懸空，情況一度危急。

溪山派出所警員謝仲壹及雙溪消防分隊獲報前往，卻遍尋不著民眾說的地點，溪山派出所值班警員陳威廷不斷去電安撫劉男，同時確認劉男位置，根據劉的敘述，陳威廷研判劉位置應在荷蘭古道步道口。

警方、消防隊於荷蘭古道口順利找到受困的劉男及女友，經消防隊協助兩人脫困後，謝仲壹載他們回派出所壓驚、喝茶並打電話報平安，也聯絡拖吊車處理善後，劉對於警方協助深表感激。

劉男大呼倒楣，通知信用卡拖吊服務將紅色轎車拖走處理，員警則在雨中一直忙到快天亮才結束。記者李世宸／翻攝

iPhone 5可飆4G 中華電利多

蘋果昨（21）日開放iPhone 5系列機種更新4G軟體。中華電信行動分公司總經理林國豐表示，中華電是目前國內唯一可提供iPhone手機客戶4G飆網服務的電信業者，除既有客戶更換SIN卡即可升級外；目標希望搶攻其他電信業用戶攜碼轉入。他估計，iPhone 5系列用戶全台逾百萬名，商機可期。

台灣之星昨天也宣布，已通過蘋果iPhone的4G LTE網路認證，未來台灣之星開台後，即可提供用戶經濟實惠的4G高速網路服務。

中華電今年5月底率先宣布4G開台，但蘋果的iPhone 5、5S和5C等機種，卻因軟體尚未升級無法採用4G網路。蘋果昨天起開放台灣用戶更新4G軟體，iPhone 5系列手機用戶申辦4G後，即日起就可在有建置4G基地台地區，享受高速上網。
