蔡博丞作品獲德編舞賽兩項大獎

（中央社記者林琳柏林2014年6月24日專電）台灣新銳編舞者蔡博丞的作品「浮花」(Floating Flowers) 獲得第28屆德國「漢諾威國際編舞大賽」的「德國斯圖加特高堤耶舞團暨劇院製作獎」及「觀眾票選獎」。

由漢諾威芭蕾舞團(Ballett GesellschaftHannover)主辦的「漢諾威國際編舞大賽」（Internationaler Wettbewerb fuer ChoreographenHannover）旨在鼓勵編舞新秀，參賽者年齡不得超過35歲，而且如果作品是獨舞，不得由編舞家本人擔綱。

今年首創的「德國斯圖加特高堤耶舞團暨劇院製作獎」(Gauthier Dance // Dance Company TheaterhausStuttgart Produktionspreis)是以斯圖加特高堤耶舞團暨劇院為名的巡演推廣獎項。

創辦人兼舞團藝術總監艾瑞克．高堤耶(EricGauthier)表示，「浮花」是令他眼睛為之一亮的作品。蔡博丞的創意和大膽的想像非常符合他正在為斯圖加特劇院2015年春季國際舞蹈節的節目策展方向。他邀請蔡博丞訓練該舞團的舞者在國際舞蹈節詮釋歐陸版的「浮花」。

高堤耶表示，明年「浮花」將會在德國及歐陸各地巡演。他有信心能將這位27歲來自台灣的編舞者推向國際舞台，

「漢諾威國際編舞大賽」每年接受世界編舞者將作品用DVD投件報告參賽。主辦單位由200多件參賽作品中選出20件作品，邀請編舞者帶著舞者到德國來參加決選。

今年作品入選的編舞家分別來自芬蘭、荷蘭、阿爾巴尼亞、中國大陸、義大利、南韓、西班牙、美國、俄羅斯、以色列、土耳其、英國、台灣和地主國德國。前3名、藝評人獎及德國聯邦青年芭蕾獎分別由以色列、義大利、英國以及荷蘭的編舞者和他們的雙人舞作品獲獎。

振興經濟 安倍再射第3支箭

（中央社東京2014年6月24日綜合外電報導）日本首相安倍晉三今天公布新一波改革，希望藉此鞏固脆弱的經濟復甦。這是安倍2度發射經濟行動計畫「第3支箭」。不過眾多日銀官員表示，現在關鍵在於落實。

安倍在這項多已提過的方案中，承諾削減企業稅，改革長久以來受政府庇護的產業。日本是全球企業稅最高的國家之一，達36%。

他在電視直播記者會上告訴記者：「日本政府今天決定，要透過大膽舉措，讓成長戰略更強大。而關鍵是振興地方社區。」

他說：「在政府的成長戰略中，沒有禁忌，也沒有神聖不可侵犯領域。我們將堅決挑戰頑強的規範與制度。」

安倍表示：「安倍內閣決打破所有藩籬，實現日本經濟的潛力。」

安倍2013年初提出成長策略「安倍經濟學」，當中包括龐大公共支出及日本中央銀行日本銀行（BOJ）的空前貨幣寬鬆措施。

日本總合研究所（Japan Research Institute）副理事長湯元健治表示：「政府成長戰略宣布後，必須通過相關立法，企業開始執行也需要時間。因此10到20年後才可能見到潛在成長率攀升。」

安倍迄今提出的措施包括未來數年將全球數一數二高的日本企業稅，降至30%以下，以及承諾改革規模1.26兆美元的政府年金投資基金（GPIF），方法可能是在股票市場投入更多資金。

安倍提出的改革方案受到日本中央銀行日本銀行（BOJ）歡迎。日銀呼籲政府從事大膽改革，以助維持因大規模貨幣刺激措施帶來的現有復甦。

不過眾多日銀官員表示，現在關鍵在於落實，以及安倍承諾將政策付諸行動，如此一來，企業才有足夠信心，為未來增加投資。
