新光三越台北南西店周年慶首日湧10萬人潮 推業績達4.5億元

遠百 (2903) 旗下台中大遠百昨(25)日領先開跑的周年慶檔期達4.8億元佳績，百貨龍頭新光三越首家強打周年慶活動的台北南西店也不遑多讓，昨首日湧入10萬人潮、締造4.5億業績，較去年同期成長10%。

新光三越表示，台北南西店周年慶開檔首日買氣超夯，單日業績衝至4.5億元，年增10%，來客數突破10萬人，更較去年大增20%，推升化妝品單日熱銷6萬組，其中，熱銷排隊商品如SKII「雙重青春組」最受歡迎，限量190組，早上7點即吸引消費者排隊，開店後全數售完。

新光三越台北南西店今年化妝品全檔期共準備65萬特惠組，不管是價格或組數堪稱歷年最殺、史上最強的組合。

除了化妝品外，在家庭用品區，法國最具代表性的LE CREUSET時尚鍋具組，一早也同樣吸引大批人潮排隊，首日推出70組限量商品，開店不到半小時全數售完，魅力完全不輸給化妝品特惠組；而年度熱銷夯品NESPRESSO膠囊咖啡機首日推出紅色限定款，開店不到1小時也熱銷衝破60台，創下幾乎是1分鐘就賣出了1台的好成績。

由於消費力明顯轉強，台北南西店將周年慶檔期業績目標由22.6億元調升至23.5億元，年增5%；新光三越也預期，全台13店總業績目標可達207億元，年增3%，續創新高紀錄，

中和第一分局今天表示，配合全國大掃黑，動員警力分赴三重、中和及台北市信義區等地，查獲竹聯幫虎三會幫眾5人送辦。

中和警一分局指出，「竹聯幫虎堂三重分會」簡稱「虎三會」，由林姓角頭老大負責指揮調度幫內成員從事暴力討債、持槍恐嚇、經營地下錢莊等不法情事。

警方調查，「虎三會」經濟來源主要以從事圍事特種行業、介入地方工程及從事地下錢莊放款高利貸等不法活動，除經營俗稱「日仔會」放款給計程車司機收取重利外，並接受相關人委託出面暴力討債等情事。

警方表示，中和警一分局配合「全國大掃蕩-打擊黑幫行動」，由偵查隊長林盛禾率警力33人。從昨天下午分赴三重、中和地區及台北市信義區等處查緝。

警方表示，警方共查獲「虎三會」林姓老大及幫派分子共5人，起獲武士刀、K他命22公克、3顆搖頭丸及多名被害人本票等物證。訊後，警方今天依違反組織犯罪條例、毒品危害防制條例、重利、妨害自由等罪嫌將5嫌移送法辦。

建中、台大畢業的張彥文犯下震驚全台的情殺案，教育部長吳思華上午在立法院教育文化委員會答詢時，毫不遲疑的說：「張彥文不是好學生，也不是教育要培育的人才。」

吳思華今天首度以教育部長身分到立法院備詢，多位立委以張彥文情殺案為質詢焦點；立委何欣純問吳思華：「台大畢業生張彥文算是好學生嗎？」他馬上回答：「他不算是好學生」，因為張彥文不懂處理自己的情緒，也不懂如何和別人相處。

吳思華在回答十二年國教議題時，也以張彥文的例子說明只重視智育可能產生的問題；表示十二年國教入學制度的調整，也是追求五育均衡，不能只是智育掛帥。

何欣純質疑，從鄭捷事件到張彥文事件，凸顯高教教育完全「破功」，教育部有沒有立即積極的因應？高教評鑑項目中，大學心理輔導機制占多少比例？吳思華說，未來頂大計畫除了追求學術卓越，也應發展「博雅創新的全人教育」，教學生在社會上自己活得快樂，也讓別人快樂。

吳思華表示，大學除了透過心理諮商輔導、通識課程，更重要的是讓學生融入群體，有更多的朋友，大學的老師和同學，都能成為支持的力量。
