十大專輯單曲 蔡健雅燒聲領獎

（中央社記者王靖怡台北2014年6月23日電）十大專輯暨十大單曲頒獎典禮今天登場，歌手蔡健雅奪專輯及單曲雙獎，作曲的歌也獲獎，讓感冒「燒聲」的她忍不住開口道謝。

中華音樂人交流協會主辦的2013年度十大專輯暨十大單曲下午在台北西門河岸留言頒獎，入圍今年流行音樂金曲獎歌后的蔡健雅與家家出席領獎，蔡健雅以「天使與魔鬼的對話」獲頒十大專輯，蔡健雅的「十萬毫升淚水」、家家的「為你的寂寞唱歌」，以及蔡健雅作曲的「邊愛邊學」都獲選十大單曲。

感冒聲音沙啞的蔡健雅，原決定不開口以書面發表感言，主持人吳建恆念感言時，蔡健雅在旁比手畫腳，引起哄堂大笑；不過，第3度上台領獎時，蔡健雅忍不住開口說話，感謝評審的支持與肯定。

角逐金曲歌王的張震嶽以「我是海雅谷慕」奪十大專輯，「破吉他」獲十大單曲。

至於被外界認為是今年金曲遺珠的陳綺貞，以專輯「時間的歌」及歌曲「流浪者之歌」成為雙料得主，陳綺貞說，一直覺得這是她做得最好的作品，出道15年，希望能繼續寫、再唱很多個15年，並感謝製作人男友鍾成虎；而鍾成虎以「才華洋溢」稱讚陳綺貞。

入圍金曲的蕭賀碩奪雙獎，第2次上台領獎時，頭綁「捍衛樂生」布條，她說，音樂工作者除創作喜愛的音樂，還要捍衛相信的價值。

視障歌手王俊傑也是雙料得主，其中以「一暝聽江蕙」獲十大單曲，希望有機會當面唱給江蕙聽，他說，眼睛看不見，但能用音樂說故事，用熟悉的台語，這是驕傲與榮耀。

資深歌手李宗盛以「山丘」入圍金曲4獎項，也獲選十大單曲；十大專輯部分，包括入圍金曲最佳台語專輯獎的江蕙「遠走高飛」、入圍最佳國語專輯獎的杜振熙「你所不知道的杜振熙之內部整修」及李健的「拾光」。

熊家婕為家人健康，會自製沙拉與甜品，但老公李㼈與小孩仍愛吃外食，李㼈還一度迷上將涼麵當消夜。熊說，兩夫妻為配合店家時間，常撐到凌晨3點坐計程車去解饞，連續吃了1個月後，竟各自胖5公斤，李㼈還被導演罵「胖到不連戲」，嚇得他們不敢在半夜吃涼麵。

杜詩梅總在酷暑吃涼麵與沙拉，家中冰箱也隨時備好醬料，她還把醬料分成「有羞恥心」的和風醬，與「沒羞恥心」的芝麻醬，按心情進食。但營養師提醒，1瓢千島醬或芝麻醬等於半碗白飯的熱量，而涼麵的醬也是高熱量來源。
