一名已婚電子業老闆，因常到桃園一家餐廳應酬，而結識女經理，兩人天雷勾動地火，交往110天來，至少做愛50次。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，辛姓電子業老闆（57歲），常帶著客戶到桃園一家餐廳交際應酬，結識餐廳內一名單身、身材豐腴的陳姓女經理（46歲）。陳女顧不得對方已有妻室，每一、兩天就要與陳男幽會。直到老闆的正宮發現丈夫的手機中，竟有女子傳「我濕了、你硬了嗎？」等訊息，才知道丈夫出軌，氣得與丈夫離婚並對女經理提告，女經理也坦承「遇見對的人」，檢方昨依妨害家庭罪嫌將她起訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）

【能源盤後】油價跌 供應無虞

（中央社台北2014年6月27日電）彭博報導，西德州中級原油期貨價格跌至2周低點，布倫特原油期貨也聯袂下跌，因跡象顯示伊拉克動亂無損產出，而美國庫存則攀升。

伊拉克石油部長盧艾比（ Abdul Kareemal-Luaibi）表示，下月將加速原油輸出，增添該國北部暴力衝突未對石油資源豐富南部造成影響的佐證。

另美國能源情報署（EIA）指出，美國上周原油庫存增加174萬桶，達到3.881億桶。

紐約商品交易所8月交割西德州中級原油期貨價格下跌66美分或0.6%，每桶報105.84美元，今年來油價累漲7.5%。

倫敦布倫特8月期油收跌79美分或0.7%，每桶報113.21美元。布倫特期油今年來累漲2.2%。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）

　　信義計劃區A25標脫！富邦人壽昨以172.88億元得標，投標金額僅高出底價800萬元。富邦人壽繼A10、A11後，3度插旗信義計劃區，本次雖溢價率僅0.046％，仍創下地上權標售紀錄第3高價，僅低於世貿二館和台北101。

　　估斥300億建商場

　　A25位於信義計劃區松勇路、松高路口，面積達5452坪，地點精華，設定地上權使用50年，底價曾從240億元降至216億元仍流標，今年5月重新訂定權利金底價為172.8億元，經過3次流標後，昨日開標僅有富邦人壽投標，並以172.88億元標下。
　
　　據透露，富邦金非常看好北市信義區未來前景，預計將建設商場、旅館、辦公室複合式商辦，大賺租金收益。富邦高層表示，經過估算，A25地上權一案的租金收益可超過金管會規定的2.875％門檻，估計有4％以上的潛力。

　　南山砸268億最高

　　外界預估，包含權利金172.88億元，富邦將斥資300億元在信義區打造台北新地標。但富邦高層說：「300億元有高估之嫌。」外界估富邦將出資200∼250億元。目前地上權標脫價最高為南山人壽在2012年砸268.88億元標下世貿二館，其次為中國人壽2013年以141.68億元標得台北學苑。
