| 戴爾：英國央行不該控制房價

英國中央銀行英格蘭銀行(Bank of England，BoE)首席經濟學家戴爾(Spencer Dale)表示，英國央行不能也不該控制房價。
戴爾是在接受英國每日郵報(Daily Mail)專訪時，作了這項表示。每日郵報28日在網站上公布訪問內容。
英格蘭銀行在26日表示，將限制一般人的購屋貸款成數，希望藉此抑制以兩位數飆漲的房屋價格。
戴爾指出，控制房價不是英國央行的工作，而且英國央行也無法控制。房價應由潛在的市場條件來決定。
英格蘭銀行總裁卡尼(George Carney)認為，房屋市場過熱危害英國經濟的穩定。 英國央行計劃，貸款金額超過借款者收入的4.5倍以上屬於「高倍數貸款」(high multiples of income)，「高倍數貸款」不得超過銀行一般房屋貸款總額的15%。此外，銀行還必須加強對借款者負擔能力的檢查工作。

「彩色派對」昨天在八仙水上樂園熱鬧開趴，一進場就有人拿加壓噴槍幫你增加顏色。所有人爭相互擲染色玉米粉，每個人身上都「掛彩」。

號稱亞洲規模最大的「Color Play彩色派對」昨天在八仙水上樂園瘋狂開趴，從白天到晚上吸引數千人參加。當DJ放出震耳電音舞曲，所有人爭相互擲七彩染色玉米粉，每個人身上都「掛彩」，無一倖免混雜五顏六色。
主辦單位說，彩色派對源自於印度「彩色節」，為了慶祝冬去春來，會投擲彩色粉末和有顏色的水，迎接萬象更新，亦祈求穀物豐收。
台灣改以可食用的染色玉米粉辦過彩色路跑，去年第1場彩色派對在高雄西子灣沙灘吸引超過5千人，今年改在新北市八仙水上樂園，光是預售票便賣出超過7千張。
彩色派對現場「開戰」是最大特色，從入口進到彩色迷宮，已有工作人員以加壓噴槍先幫你全身「上色」。當震耳音樂響起正式開戰，每個人瘋狂朝對方扔擲色粉，頓時全場煙霧迷漫，一波波彩色迷霧令人目眩。

伊拉克政府軍28日啟動衝突發生至今最大規模的反擊攻勢，企圖奪回北方大城提克里特。士兵與坦克及直升機攻擊遜尼派武裝份子。
有關政府軍攻擊進展如何報導分歧。居民說至28日晚上為止武裝份子仍然占領提克里特；政府官員則說，軍隊抵達提克里特外圍，甚至有官員說，軍隊已經開進該市市中心。
