花東鐵路電氣化通車，普悠瑪號直達車只要三個半小時就能從台東到台北，但從7月1日至13日止的普悠瑪號車票全數賣光，不少民眾抱怨普悠瑪號是「看得到，吃不到！」希望能再加開列車滿足台東人的需求。

昨天台東站舉辦花東鐵路電氣化通車典禮，會場是一片祝賀的聲音，但場景換到台東車站的售票口，卻是聽到不少抱怨，有民眾趁著通車後要買普悠瑪號體驗一下速度的快感，得到的答案卻是「票賣光了！」讓不少買票的民眾抱怨：「加開這麼少班次，沒辦法滿足需求啦。」

台鐵台東站也只能頻頻對鄉親們說抱歉，並推薦旅客除了普悠瑪號之外，其他傳統的柴聯自強號都還有座位，民眾則是批評，好不容易盼到花東鐵路電氣化，但加開的班次這麼少，還是看得到、吃不到。

台鐵：16日以後會改善

正逢暑假旺季，普悠瑪上路，更讓遊客搶進東部。台鐵目前平日加開兩列普悠瑪號，周六加開一列往返台北與台東之間。台鐵局副局長鹿潔身解釋，因為從1日至15日是試營運期間，只能以加班車的方式塞進原本的班表中，如果要再加開會影響到其他班次的準點率，16日以後大改點就會讓全部的普悠瑪號都投入營運。

台鐵運務處科長彭坤炎指出，未來大改點以後，普悠瑪號的班次將從目前平日的兩班增加至6班，往返台北與台東之間，另外，假日更會加開至9班來回，加上還有3班傳統柴聯自強號以及一班推拉式自強號，運量會提高不少，可以解決一票難求的問題。

針對27日大陸國台辦主任張志軍「王張茶敘」時發生的維安事件，陸委會今天發新聞稿表示，對少數民眾的非理性行為感到遺憾，警方已經全力維安，外界不應過度苛責。

行政院大陸委員會今天發布新聞稿，說明27日晚間，大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室主任張志軍赴高雄市西子灣沙灘會館，與陸委會主委王郁琦茶敘途中發生的座車遭民眾撒冥紙、潑漆一事。

陸委會表示，陸委會選定西子灣沙灘會館作為兩岸事務首長茶敘地點後，即請警政署規劃布署相關維安工作。陸委會也曾分別與警政署及高雄市警察局連繫，再三評估地點是否安全，獲得確認安全無虞。

陸委會說，尊重專業評估，因此依照原先規劃舉辦茶敘，當天也請高雄市警方加強茶敘地點的警力維安。

但當天仍發生潑灑油漆事件，陸委會認為，警方已經全力進行維安並兼顧民眾表達意見的權利，外界不應過度苛責警方。

新聞稿說，潑漆侵害到人身安全。少數民眾以脫序、非理性的方式攻擊來訪客人，並不是民主社會應有的作為，更不是台灣的待客之道，對此深表遺憾。也呼籲應以和平理性方法表達不同意見，展現台灣的民主風範和價值。
