市調：下半年DRAM價看漲

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年7月1日電）動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)合約價持平，不過，市調機構集邦科技看好，下半年DRAM價格可望走揚。

根據集邦科技調查，6月DDR3 4GB模組合約均價30.5美元，較5月持平表現。

集邦科技研究協理吳雅婷表示，個人電腦DRAM供貨吃緊，一線電腦代工廠與供應商間多改以季議價，目前第3季DRAM價格漲勢確定，合約均價將朝31至32美元邁進。

吳雅婷指出，第3季智慧手機將步入出貨旺季，供給端方面，不僅沒有新增產能，DRAM廠製程轉換良率又有待提升，預料市場供需缺口將擴大。

吳雅婷看好下半年DRAM價格可望走揚，預期在供貨持續吃緊下，部分規模較小的個人電腦代工廠為搶料，不排除可能推升DRAM模組合約價突破33美元。

香港部分學生團體今天凌晨預演占領中環及行政長官（特首）辦公室，由於集會非法，警方凌晨3時左右清場，至清晨拘捕了196人。

清場期間，示威者沒有反抗，任由警方逐一抬走。

香港民間人權陣線於1日發起年度遊行，要求政府落實2017年行政長官「真普選」，約千名學生在遊行結束後不願離去，分別前往中環遮打道及特首辦公室大樓外靜坐，大有「占領」之意。

期間，有參與「7.1」遊行示威者在旁支持他們。

這次活動由學生團體學民思潮和專上學生聯會發起，前者「占領」特首辦公室附近馬路，後者「占領」遮打道。

兩個團體的成員及支持者自午夜0時左右開始占據上述地點，警方派遣大批人員嚴防，封鎖遮打道及特首辦公室附近馬路。

凌晨3時，警方開始在遮打道清場，逐一抬走靜坐學生及部分示威者，送到特定地點拘留。

官方香港電台報導，截至清晨6時30分，警方在遮打道的清場行動拘捕了196人。

不過，警方並未對留守特首辦公室大樓外的學民思潮成員採取行動，但要求他們在上午8時30分前離開。

學民思潮方面拒絕離開，表示等待特首梁振英上班，要求他與學生對話，希望向他表達「真普選」訴求。

本地泛民主派一直爭取下屆特首選舉沒有「篩選」，讓泛民人士參選，但北京方面既強調特首要「愛國愛港」，也指特首選舉須依基本法進行。

泛民為此發起「占領中環」運動，揚言下屆特首選舉若不符合國際民主標準，就會呼籲支持者占領中環。

上述學生團體在「7.1」遊行後卻率先占據遮打道及特首辦公室大樓以外道路，被視為預演「占中」。
