江西省級非物質文化遺產傳承人、瑞昌市民間剪紙藝人朱朴光完成了他的剪紙「世界杯」作品。這幅長1.5公尺、寬30公分的剪紙作品，將世界各大強隊的著名球員肖像，以剪紙的形式表現出來。

浙江省麗水市台辦為全面展示近年來麗台兩地文化、教育、農業、醫衛、旅遊等領域的交流交往與經貿合作成果，決定舉辦「兩岸情‧麗台美」攝影展作品徵集，即日起收件，到7月15日截止。

麗水市台辦表示，參展作品為數碼拍攝和紀實類，拍攝地點限麗水、台灣兩個地方（旅台鄉親作品以在麗水拍攝為主）。照片為彩色、黑白、組照（組照不超過4至6幅）均可。每幅作品註明作品標題，同時提供作者資料及作品資訊。

參展的攝影類作品須製作成規格7英寸紙質照片及作品說明（作品標題、作者資料、作品資訊）寄送主辦單位，並須以電子格式（含作品說明）發送到主辦單位指定郵箱。

高雄市模範生及市長獎畢業生與市長合影活動昨天已邁入第5場，全市共有4800名學生與市長合影，不少學生一大早在家人陪同下報到、排隊。

一出生就因水腦症狀導致聽力受損的簡榮樟，學習之路艱辛漫長，6歲手術置入人工電子耳才重拾聽力展開學習，中途一度因身體問題再度失去聽力，歷經多次手術失敗，直到進了楠特，透過手語及電腦等多元的視覺輔助學習，終於決定自己要以美工為未來工作目標。

簡榮樟父母表示，原本簡榮樟在學期間已考到多張丙級和TQC證照，努力朝夢想邁進，但去年他第四度手術失敗，讓簡榮樟一度陷入情緒低潮，甚至打算休學；經學校和家裡陪伴，簡榮樟總算重展笑顏，在今年6月順利考上樹德科技大學，他們感謝學校的耐心與包容，讓孩子有機會在學習路上更上一層樓。

來自越南的蘇氏清薇，從小夢想當空姐，曾就讀航空綜合大學一年級，來台後為學好中文、克服文化差異，她在先生吳亮億支持下，國小念到高中，更獲市長獎；求學時期先生每天接送、陪讀，甜蜜感情令人稱羨。

酷暑屆臨，用電量激增，台電公司在高雄市的大林、興達及南部火力發電廠「電力」全開，每日發電量近700萬瓩；大林廠的2部燃煤發電機組更新工程假日也趕工，期望明、後年加入發電行列。

連日高溫，開冷氣消暑的民眾激增，用電量驟增。台電指出，大林廠的6部發電機組有2部更新，其他各有2部燒油及天然氣。燒油的成本最高，每度逾6元；天然氣居次，每度要5元左右；燃煤只要1元多。

南部火力發電廠的2部機組都燒天然氣；興達電廠的4部機組燃煤，5部複循環發電機組燒天然氣。

興達電廠的發電量最大，9部機組全開，每天可發電430萬瓩；目前有部機組歲修，每天發電量約390萬瓩。大林廠約180萬瓩，南部火力發電廠約110萬瓩。
