由長榮海（2603）、陽明、中國中遠、韓國韓進及日本川崎所組成的「CKYHE」聯盟，向美方提出的美國線聯盟合作案，獲美國聯邦海事委員會（FMC）核准籌組。預期明年第2季啟動運作，將讓國內兩業者戰鬥力大幅提升。

而全球前三大航商歐洲業者馬士基、地中海及達飛合組的「P3」聯盟被大陸駁回，CKYHE在歐洲線市占率躍升為第一大後，未來在美國線市占率因有長榮海的加入，該聯盟由23.4%提高至32.3%，逼近該市場最大聯盟G6的32.5%。

市場人士指出，為對抗馬士基、地中海及達飛所組成的「P3」聯盟，在原有「CKYH」聯盟成員陽明、中遠、川崎及韓進力邀下，長榮海今年3月與該四家業者合組成「CKYHE」聯盟，並自4月中旬開始合作歐洲線操作。

CKYH的歐洲航線原本有七條，包括北歐四條與地中海三條，長榮海加入後，整併為十條航線，包含六條北歐航線與四條地中海航線。

CKYHE聯盟為擴大合作範圍，希望能由歐洲線延伸至美國線，5月底向FMC提出美國線合作申請。目前確定獲該委員會正式批准，可以展開籌組。長榮海4日以16.5元平盤作收。

市場人士說，陽明等四家航商的美國線CKYH聯盟現有十條美西聯營航線及四條美東聯營航線，未來將全部打散，再重新組合；透過航線、航點增加，達到優化整體航線配置，增進港口覆蓋率，並提高航班密集度等效益。對長榮海、陽明後續營運表現是一大挹注。

由於各航商與美國線大貨主主要是採年度合約方式進行攬貨，加上後續合作架構申請必須再經由FMC、大陸官方審查通過，CKYHE成員應會趕在明年4月底的年度換約前把所有前置作業完成，5月起啟動運作。

業者指出，P3聯盟的破局，主要關鍵在於大陸官方認為其遠洋航線市占率過高，以歐洲線為例，三家業者船班加起來達47%，明顯會影響到市場上的公平競爭，並左右運價波及貨主權益。

7月摩台今早開盤價為340.5，下跌0.1大點。7月台指期、金融期及電子期今日開低。
