行政院農委會主委陳保基昨天視察屏東市農村再生計畫執行成果、萬丹鄉後村社區，他承諾補助近4千萬元，協助屏東市改善社區生活圈農路及排水工程共30項，中央會在年底前會勘完畢，今、明年分期撥款。

屏東市盛產牛蒡、水菜和綠竹筍等農作物，市公所簡報從100年至今申請農村再生計畫共8085萬元經費，15個社區發展協會均衡提報，改善都市計畫外的農路和排水溝工程，在2年內共完成71項，改善農產運輸品質和社區環境。

陳保基說，全台灣約有2千個社區參加農村再生計畫，屏東表現站在前頭；屏東市、萬丹鄉都有5個社區完成關懷班、進階班、核心班、再生班4階段，比例比全台高，不簡單。

陳保基說，屏東農業發展很有活力，他承諾30項社區生活圈亟待改善與待改善工程，會在年底前會勘完畢，今年沒做的工程，明年就會做，儘速與市公所分工改善社區環境。

屏東市頂柳、新興等5個社區已提出農村再生計畫；頂柳社區理事長李松霖說，將著重社區出入口意象，票選代表社區的4大農特產品；新興社區增設大堀販賣部，販賣六堡社區聯盟的農特產品。

陳保基昨天下午勘察獲得全國環境保護模範社區特優社區的萬丹鄉後村社區。

萬丹鄉長郭寶聯說，社區志工動起來從事社區營造，帶動地方團結增加幸福指數，讓農村多了生命力。
