大學餐旅休閒系 人數暴增最多

〔自由時報記者林曉雲、黃邦平／綜合報導〕大學考試分發，今日起選填校系志願。教育部統計，大學熱門科系十年變化甚大，以學生數量來看，資訊、電機、機械、企管仍是常勝軍，資管科系規模全國最大，但受社會型態轉變影響，餐旅休閒相關科系學生人數暴增最快，求職競爭及汰換也激烈。以前被認為是鐵飯碗的教育系組，受少子化衝擊「完全冷掉」，掉出前五十大科系。

大考分發 今起選填志願

大學選讀什麼科系？考生和家長費思量。把教育部一○二學年和九十三學年大學部前五十大科系統計相比，可發現前五名仍是電機、機械、資訊、企管等天下；但因進入資訊成熟時代，軟體工程師需求大，全國資管科系的總人數，從十年前第十三名已一躍登上冠軍寶座，目前就讀大學部人數高達四萬六千多人、每年畢業生破萬。

此外，包括餐旅、休閒、流通、觀光、文創設計等科系，十年前根本不在前五十大，十年後在前廿五大科系就占了五名，餐旅管理還擠進前十名；設計類科系也轉夯，視覺傳達設計學系排名第十四名，贏過法律系和經濟系等傳統大系。

餐旅、設計系學生 恐供過於求

但台大教授王立昇研究學用落差後提出警告，餐旅和設計相關科系已出現「供過於求」情形；台北福華飯店宴會廳主廚蔡清南表示，餐飲工作辛苦，畢業幾年後真正留下來從事餐飲業的學生，其實不到三分之一。

老人化和少子化也衝擊科系消長，護理系需求大，十年前不在前五十大，十年後卻擠進第七名；幼兒保育學系及社會工作學系也因需求大，翻身成為第廿三名及第廿八名科系。

少子化 教育系完全冷掉

但因少子化，教育科系完全冷掉，流浪教師已達數萬名，九十三學年教育系還排名第十二名，但一○二學年的前五十大已完全沒有教育相關科系，學界甚至有一說，教育系畢業的學生五成在仲介賣房子。

教育學者、屏東教育處長顏慶祥分析，教育系畢業後未必一定當老師，教育科系學生「態度誠懇、口才便給」，如果不把大學當成職業訓練所，這兩項特質仍有助職涯發展。

不管選哪一個科系，大學畢業後「起薪偏低」是普遍現象，「yes123求職網」副理楊宗斌表示，學歷「貶值」，「大學高中化」、「碩士學士化」使起薪偏低，大學畢業頂多廿幾Ｋ，除非是醫學系畢業多當醫生，絕大多數職缺不會指定科系。大學生應該多累積社團、打工、實習經驗，多考取有用專業證照或取得外語認證。

製作人工牙根的鴻君科技公司董事長鄭鴻君也認為，學歷其次，工作態度最重要。以該公司副總經理為例，雖然只是高職畢業，但現在年薪已達兩百萬元；旗下員工有博士、碩士，博士也未必領更多。

北捷殺人事件引發外界關注捷運安全與逃生應變問題，北市文山區樟林里長陳俊宏先前搭乘捷運淡水新店線時發現，高運量列車車廂外近車門處，皆設有緊急開門旋鈕，但卻被月台門遮蔽，不細看根本難發現，也未設有明確標示，操作步驟也較為繁瑣，發生緊急事件時恐難起作用。

市議員厲耿桂芳昨早赴捷運信義線101╱世貿站會勘，發現新式月台門確實擋住車廂外的緊急開門旋鈕，且有民眾在站務人員指示下實際體驗，必須下壓並旋轉鈕扣才能開啟，花了近10秒才完成，直呼「若沒人指導不知如何使用」。

厲耿桂芳說，多數人不知有捷運列車有緊急開門旋鈕，若發生毒氣攻擊或火警等緊急事故，乘客須需費時找到旋鈕位置並研究如何打開月台門，她要求應加註標示並宣導。

北捷站務處第一運務中心副主任蔡建興說，目前捷運月台門分為3種，第1代是淡水線與板南線需由站務人員以鑰匙開啟；第2代新蘆線則為窗型手拉門；信義線及年底通車的松山線是第3代鈕扣式推門。

蔡建興說，列車若發生事故，司機員會立即通知行控中心並統一開啟車門，如有狀況則由站務人員手動開啟月台門旋轉緊急開門鈕，且一旦事故發生，車門恐無法對準月台門，張貼旋鈕位置標示恐誤導乘客。
