美媒：台氣爆不損及電子供應鏈

（中央社記者黃兆平紐約2014年8月1日專電）高雄市石化氣爆重大意外事件，震撼台灣，也引起美國媒體關注。「華爾街日報」今天報導，氣爆災難可能造成些許斷電、停水，但不致影響台灣南部電子產業供應鏈問題。

過去兩周，台灣接連發生復興航空澎湖空難及高雄石化氣爆重大意外事件，美國主流媒體做了報導，包括「紐約時報」、「華爾街日報」、美聯社、路透社、福斯新聞、彭博新聞及美國廣播公司（ABC）等。

華爾街日報今天持續報導高雄氣爆後續發展，提到死傷人數、軍警消防全力投入搶救、成立救災中心、追查氣爆原因、全國各地降半旗、企業界踴躍捐款等。

除了文字、新聞照片之外，華爾街日報還製作影音新聞，透過連線訪問說明整起意外事故發生經過及後續處理情形。

報導同時引述台灣第一金控指出，這次氣爆事件是台灣有史以來最嚴重的一次，但應不致影響台灣南部電子供應鏈問題。

分析師指出，大部分的電子供應商皆位於距離事發現場2公里以外的高雄軟體園區。若有任何衝擊，應該只是短期的斷電及停水。

報導也說，過去高雄曾發生類似石化氣爆外洩及大火事件，但都在廠區內，不像這次發生在大街上。報導也指出，這是台灣過去2週內發生的第2起重大人員傷亡事故。

上週3，台灣復興航空一架航班在澎湖馬公機場附近墜毀，造成機上48人遇難。

華東機場續延誤 上海地鐵加班

（中央社記者馮昭上海2014年7月30日電）中國大陸民航局空管局今天再發布上海浦東、虹橋等華東機場「大面積航班延誤橙色預警」，因應航班大誤點，上海地鐵宣布浦東機場站今晚延後收班。

上海市政府官方微博「上海發布」公布，中國民用航空局空中交通管理局發布大面積航班延誤橙色預警指出，上午因空域繁忙，虹橋、浦東機場和華東部分機場通行能力會下降，預計大陸各主要機場在高峰時段內飛往上述機場的航班，會有一定程度延誤。

連日航班延誤，旅客很晚回到上海，卻沒車進市區。上海地鐵宣布，配合延誤航班疏散，地鐵2號線浦東國際機場站今天在常態末班車後，將於晚上10時20分和10時40分加開2班直達廣蘭路站的列車。

旅客到達廣蘭路站後，可換乘8節編組加班列車直達龍陽路站。
