碧桂園股價 三天摔23％

受累馬航事件及業績目標過於保守，碧桂園自從12日公布去年業績後股價連續大跌，昨（14）日再度下跌逾10%，三日累計下跌23.7%。

第一財經日報指出，碧桂園總裁兼執行董事莫斌在業績發布會上表示，碧桂園2014年的目標是實現銷售金額人民幣1,280億元（約新台幣6,332億元），比去年成長約20.8%。

馬航飛機失聯，讓一些大陸房地產大亨成了「另類」受害者；中國經濟網報導，最早搶進馬國開發市場的中國大陸大型房企，碧桂園目前在馬來西亞擁有三個項目，分別位於柔佛州柔佛巴魯市、雪蘭莪州加影及萬撓。

莫斌曾表示，馬來西亞碧桂園金海灣專案在去年合同銷售金額約70億元（約新台幣346億元），「這讓碧桂園成為了馬來西亞最大地產開發商。」

報導指出，繼碧桂園率先投資馬來西亞後，從2013年底到今年初，大陸房企投資馬國出現了一波小高峰，包括富力、新華聯不動產、雅居樂和綠地集團，相繼發布進軍馬來西亞房地產市場的消息。
