小弟目前3.5年經驗，有再考慮是否要轉職，目前確定確定一家offer 想請教各位板友大大的意見原公司華邦地點新竹竹北職稱 CQS SQE 工時 8h 未知薪資 (N)*16 (N+8K)*14+獎金??? 住宿住家裡住家裡謝謝各位前輩版友的幫忙現階段在原公司都正常上下班六點走, 故還在考慮是否需要轉職最希望獲得的訊息為以下： 1.華邦實際工作時數？ (加班情形) 2.華邦這家公司氣氛與與是否有分紅或季獎金的福利制度等 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.70.81.247
