外交部提升智利北部地區為黃色旅警

智利北部4月1日晚間發生芮氏規模8.2地震，雖無重大災情傳出，但因餘震不斷，機場關閉及道路嚴重受損，外交部即日起提升智利北部地區的旅遊警示燈號為「黃色」，建議國人特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往。
